Do not go through this store to have flooring installed! I have signed a contract and paid they won't communicate with the installers to let them know when the products will be in for installation. I have called Lowe'a several times, they tell me to contact someone in flooring but no one will answer the phone in flooring. It has been frustrating to say the least. I will never go through them for any sort of installation. How hard is it to communicate with your installers when product will be available?

Friendly staff. Can meet most of your hardware and building needs. Competitive pricing. Four stars instead of five because they really lack in on floor customer service.

Curbside PickUp is the worst I've ever experienced. Takes over an hour each time. Had to check in on app but still call multiple times to get an answer after 30 mins of nothing. They say they'll be right out but after another half hour I have to go inside and track my own things down. This has happened twice at this location. Save yourself some time & hit Barboursville, they seem to be quicker.

They no longer have subject matter personnel that can handle cabinet ordering after 5pm. Seems to be that way in several other departments. No one to really do anything except point to a shelf for a product. Or they just avoid you and any eye contact. (The young man that did engage me, thanks for being honest.)

I went to Lowes to buy things that I needed to replace a faucet for my shower. With my wall torn out, and my helper in tow, we set out to find the things we need. We needed all types of little parts, along with the new faucet, along with a new shower insert. We could not find everything we needed, so we asked for help. THERE WAS NO HELP TO BE FOUND, other people in the department also needed help. After going to the service desk, asking for help, a page went out. That page was repeated and repeated over and over with no response. During that page we kept looking and looking to find our items. Having a disability and the fact that all of Lowe's scooter's weren't functioning, With my cane I struggled again to get to the front to ask for a manager. The staff refused to call for a manager, but informed me that the sales representative just came through the door. We never got any help and after over an hour and a half we finally checked out. Sterling We had to return the shower inserts shortly after because we had no help to load it. After returning it a manager appeared and said she would help load it. At that point I was so frustrated, I said forget it. On the way home we stopped at Home Depot were there was plenty of help, we purchased the inserts and they loaded it. I will be going to home depot for now on.

I placed an online order to be picked up at South Point Lowes. I received an email that my order was ready to be picked up and they would hold it for 7 days. Three days later I got another email to pick my order and they would hold order for 7 days from when the order was placed. So the same day I go to pick up order (3 days). I get there and stand in line at service desk for 30 min. My order was in lawn and garden and they couldn't get anyone to come there so they said to go over and pick it up. I went over and my order was not there. The clerk said they had some of my order earlier in the week but sold them all. I had to go back to service desk and stand in line again to get a refund. I wasted 4 hours driving and standing in line for nothing. I called customer service to complain but no one ever contacted me to address my problem. THEY DON'T CARE.

The rudest customer service associates I've seen in a long time. We bought a 25 dollar bag of patch master and noticed as we were putting it in the truck that it had a huge razor cut hole in the side. We went back in real quick to see if we could swap it out because it was pouring the rain which activates the patch material. The 3 associates said we don't do exchanges you should've noticed it 20 seconds ago when you were checking out.
