just finished a workout at Planet Fitness behind them, checked out their online menu for macro-friendly food. everything that I wanted that I had I asked, they didn't have it. it wasn't that they didn't have it, it's that their response was poor. I felt aggression from one of the male employees, with demeaning attitude from the cashier. I don't usually leave bad reviews, I work in food service myself. but I will not eat somewhere where the energy that goes into my food is nothing but negative. I hadn't had KFC in a very long time, this just gave me a reason to never have it again lol

We literally waited over 30 minutes and the order was WRONG each order took 10 minutes in front of us. Absolutely ridiculous I’ll never be coming to this location

Was told 15 minutes on tenders, they let me sit outside for 45 minutes. I had to go inside because they don’t have a working phone line. What a joke for a business. Once I got inside they saw me and started making my food. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The trip before they also gave me 0 sauces and the it was more bread than chicken. 2 trips totaling over $100.

Closed before 8:30 (supposed to be 10 PM ) on a Wednesday. Doors were locked and they sent one guy back out of the drive thru. There were cars in the drive thru and people sitting in the store. Long John Silver's for the win!

Friday nite n no coleslaw good grief charlie brown. My friend wanted livers and i guess they don't do those anymore. Some of the chicken was rubbery and 2 of the biscuits could have been from long ago compared to the other 2

Wait time in drive thru was 20 minutes. Service was terrible and the food was horrible. Chicken was old and the biscuits were so hard I couldn’t eat. Can’t believe they are still in business.

I would give it a lower rating if I could. I put a mobile order in for a pick up time of 5:40 pm. Per the app, my order was ready. When I pulled up to the window she told me that it wasn’t completely ready and would be an extra 22 minutes. Very unprofessional! Only reason I stayed is because I had already paid through the app. I sat in the parking lot for 39 minutes until I went inside. Also, while I was waiting, 2 different cars were waiting for food. One gentleman got out of his truck and walked inside to find out about his order. And walked out with his bag of food. And I just watched the other car get out and go inside about waiting to get their food. It is now 6:15 and the food still isn’t ready. They are extremely disorganized. When I went in the kids had no idea about my order. And they weren’t the least bit apologetic. I left. I’m now going to have to jump through hoops for a refund.

If I'm in the mood for fried chicken, it's got to be KFC! I hadn't been to this particular store, but it was on my way home, so I figured why not? They didn't disappoint. I got through the drive-thru quickly, and the lady who waited on me was friendly and attentive. She got my order right the first time (always a plus)! Keep up the good work!!

I’m now going to have to jump through hoops for a refund. My husband waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes last week. We won’t be going back to this KFC again. You can only give a restaurant so many chances. Very disorganized.
