Just walked in earlier today and was ready to buy two expensive RC cars, but the two guys working never acknowledged us at all. We've been here multiple times and have spent over $600 with them, but after today's terrible customer service, we won't be back :( We really loved this store and shopping local with them, but they need to have better customer service.

A big kids toy store!!! The manager George is a very knowledgeable and very helpful guy and the other guy Chris is akso a knowledgable and helpful guy, he has even given me parts for my rcs for free out of his spares from his own collection plus he's the in store rc mechanic and he does good work... I'll give hobby town 5 stars all day long, only downside is... Make sure ya got slot of money when ya go because if you're addicted to the hobby you will want everything you see, and you will leave broke with a bag or 2 full of goodies haha ?
