The transmission was going out on my 2020 Ford Explorer. It took two weeks for the new transmission to be shipped to the shop and two weeks for the repairs to be made. It seems to still have a "jump" from 2nd to 3rd gear, but we'll see.Service: Transmission

i went in because my car is tore up in the front end. they told me there is nothing they can do because they’re allignment machine is down. but there is a glockner right in ashland with a good machine. you can obviously hear and feel my issue while driving. instead of attempting to fix anything they wanted me to buy 2 tires for 400 dolllars because the tires were wore out from the front end issue. again instead of attempting to fix they just wanted to sell me something.

This is not a place to take Ford cars for repairs. Do not go here to this shop. I took my car in for a computer replacement only. They advised they “had” to do a diagnostic and then lied and said another part was causing the problem. Tricked me into paying almost 700.00 then when I pulled off the lot my car broke down in traffic. They towed my car back to the shop then proceeded to call me and quote me to fix my computer! The manager when I called him out on what they were up to ended up threatening to keep my car and not give it back. I had to pay another 100.00 for another tow and my car is in my driveway broke down due to needing a computer. 900.00 later . I also feel the need to say on my first call when I told the mechanic what I needed done that call ended with him saying I talked to much but as you can see there was a reason why I tried to be specific and I was still robbed. Don’t go here. Especially women.

Glockner Ford in South Point exceeded my service expectations. They diagnosed an issue with my F150 engine and was able to repair same day. They quoted around 5 hours for the work and completed early. Katelyn (I hope I got the name correct) was hands down the best service representative that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the last 10 years. She kept me up to date, provided water and was so polite. She also listened to my concerns regarding recalls that previous dealerships would not entertain and spoke with technicians to handle the issue. Absolutely the best Ford service experience I have had. I will return for any of my service needs and hope that I have the opportunity to interact with her again. While I know she did not perform the actual service she nailed the customer service portion and often times that is more important than the actual job. Kudos to Katelyn for making my experience great because no one really wants to sit in a service department for six hours but thanks to her, it wasn’t that bad.Service: Auto engine tuning

Everyone was super nice (especially the lady at the front desk)but I was told that I needed a part that cost over $1000 for my Sync system. I was told it had burned out. All I really needed was to connect the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on my phone. I did that myself for free later, and it works perfectly.
