“Very knowledgeable about eye care. I have a chihuahua missing one eye to glaucoma and the other eye requiring 5 different eye drops a day to try to save it. Dr. Lembo is great. It is quite pricey at this specialty vet. 2 of the eye drops can only be gotten through the vet. They are " compound", I guess a combo of meds in one bottle? That alone is $88.00 for a very small bottle,- 10ml. Lasting me about a month. My only real complaint is it's kind of dirty in there. There is always hair on the floor, and table. It concerns me, especially being seen for his eyes. I wonder about the equipment. Overall, I am happy with his care, and he's been stable, which is of utmost importance to me. I also would like to say , Olivia is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I believe her title to be vet tech.”
“We had the privilege to work with this animal hospital and Dr.Paul saving a family members Rottweiler.
The staff is always friendly and the Dr is very professional and shows he cares about the animals he treats. We strongly encourage everyone to meet with Dr Paul and Dr Sutherland for comprehensive care that does not need outsourced.
This hospital excels at diagnosis, surgery, treatment, and recovery. They are very sincere and compassionate regarding owners and their beloved family members.”

“I was so scared to bring my Igor to an exotic vet. I’ve heard so many horror stories of vets who say they’re exotic, but have no experience or any idea on what they’re talking about. Anyways my little guy had to have anesthesia in order to remove a very clogged duct/pore. They were able to squeeze him in on the same day after the initial examination. The Dr did an AMAZING job and explained everything on what he was going to do. I would trust him with all of my other exotic pets that I have. Thank you so much for all that you do :)”
“Helps me with my cats, both inside and outside community cats I care for.I have another vet close to where I live as no vet can be all things to all people. The third vet I tried went corporate and judgemental of me, so I was fired as a client.Both my vets have caring staff and try to work you in if at all possible.After hours, I go to the emergency vets in Centerville.”

“The Doctors and Christine get 4 stars for their compassion and care. The front desk however is a zero. I have always felt rushed in and out of there, interrupted, and dismissed. I leave feeling “it’s all about the money” the second I leave the treatment room. When I call, it’s just as bad if not worse. I have put up with it because of the DOCTORS. After today I can no longer do that. While sitting in my car crying about the urgency of my cat needing to go from there to the ER, they were more concerned about me forgetting my wallet. I get it…pay for services rendered. But no grace or compassion for a first time considering the circumstances? You have my records of over 10 years. I’ve never missed an appointment or had a card decline. I never name called, or cursed you as you walked away from me. I was calling out in distress, and as usual, you talked down to me, dismissing my feelings, treating me like a child, which was embarrassing because I was crying like one! Like I said in the parking lot, I get the construction is wearing you all down but to treat people WORSE than you USUALLY DO because of it? Not acceptable. Notice I’m not calling you out by name but you know who you are. I’m hoping you will learn from it. I sure did. I’ll never forget my wallet again. Thank you Doctors (especially Davis) and Thank you Christine for calming me down before I left. That was truly a blessing to me. I sincerely hope the construction goes as planned and will give you a positive work environment for all.”

“My horse was very sick and Lebanon Equine came out and took the time to help with her. They came out multiple times to hang fluids and check on her. The vets are very helpful and text frequently. They helped save my horse and I will forever be grateful. They gave her a chance when I was told by my usual vet to just put her down. I have since switched to Lebanon Equine and they will be my vet from now on. I highly recommend them !!!!!! Moonshine is now back to herself and you can't tell she was ever sick . Thankyou all again!!!!”

I really appreciate the transparency when it comes to billing, they will send an estimate for any procedure a week in advance so you can decide if you want to continue with the procedure. I also appriciate when I call because my dog has another UTI that they don't require an appointment and just call in medicine for her. Great vet for your pets!”
“My wife and I love all of the TLC staff. They are the best vet clinic around. In October, they found that our dog Axel had a high blood sugar level over 700. They took him in for a week to get his level down and over the last months they have gotten it down to a good level. This is the only vet we have used with all our dogs since 1992. They are amazing.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! In the midst of already having way too much on our plate, our cat let us know they were most likely suffering from a UTI. We're newer to the area, so I ended up calling probably 8 different vets and Little Miami Veterinary Services were able to squeeze us in the next day. Much to our surprise the cat we thought was the one who was sick actually was not, it was our other cat. And they again were wonderful to work with and squeezed us into their very busy schedules and we are forever grateful. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything thoughtfully and thoroughly. They were all so kind, gentle and caring with not only my cats but with myself. Never once did I feel nervous about leaving my cats in their care. They treated them as if they were their own pets. I will definitely be telling everyone I know who is looking for a vet that this is the only place they should go. Thank you for everything!”
