Alex was helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and patient in assisting me with upgrading my dinosaur Motorola Droid to the Google 8A. Everything important to me was successfully transferred from my old phone to the new phone. I am finding the Google 8A user friendly, meets all of my needs and it was the best deal going for me. We can’t remember the name of the guy who helped us, but we got there right at 10 o’clock this morning at the south Lebanon Verizon. He was so knowledgeable and so patient and so friendly. The other guy that was working also was great. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
