I used this USPS location to send some documents and pictures and they said it would arrive in 2-3 days and we needed it to arrive quick. But it arrived in a whole week even though we paid extra to have it delivered earlier. They didn’t even give us a refund for delivering so late. So, we didn’t have it even return to us by USPS and told someone to pick it up for us.

I always get friendly service here. Great staff. Even though I work right next door to a post office, I will stop here on the way home.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever seen, since Ann retired the Mail is constantly being lost or delivered to the wrong address, it’s become almost a daily occurrence we get someone else’s mail. When you call the post office you get the we can’t help you if you don’t have a tracking number answer , the guy delivering to the lower part of South Lebanon is just putting whatever mail he grabs into the next box he comes to. Horrible management and horrible customer service.

I understand the mail mainly has to do with the individual that delivers the route that day. But if you are delivering a package that needs a signature, the mail man should FIRST of all have the package to deliver, and SECONDLY try to knock on my door. This is not a lack of common sense or lack of knowledge. this is pure laziness. Short staffed or not, if you intentionally plan to NOT do your job you should not work there.

Terrible experiences with this place. Number on let's talk about the 1 hour gap in the middle of the day where apparently everyone needs to go to lunch at the same time. They always seem to have two clerks so I dont know why they don't stagger breaks to keep the office open. Second, don't count on your mail getting to the right place. They have a habit of bringing in new people from other offices who don't know the routes (or so they claim, I would say they just can't read). Three times now in one year I have had my packages delivered to the same address number but on a completely different street.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to look at a house in a subdivision and liked the house, but didn't buy it because they decided to make multi boxes on the corner of the block. I would have to walk or drive the end of the block in the freezing winter to get my mail. No thanks. Laziness is a. Shame.

My package got routed through South Lebanon somehow, it got there 7 days ago and still hasn't left their post.

I accidentally lost my wedding guest book sign in black feather pen at the venue I got married at and they mailed it back to me... the letter came literally torn open with my pen missing. Also I only sent out a few wedding invitations since I wasn’t inviting a lot of people, well about half of them came back return to sender because I had it decorated with a string around it and said I needed an extra 15 cents to send it because I put a WAX SEAL on it. What a joke. Half my Invitations mailed no problem though, so some people got theirs and some didn’t. One person didn’t attend my wedding because they never got the Invitation. It wasn’t sent back to me until the day of my wedding. I tried to complain and they sent me a link to a place to file a claim that didn’t work. I called back trying to talk to a real person and they told me the wait time would be over an hour. I got mad and hung up after 30 mins. Half of the time my packages look like they’ve been thrown I’ve also had stuff that was broken inside the package. They never give you a heads up on packages you will have to sign for and are not consistent on what time they arrive. Half the time they don’t knock at all. For packages you have to sign for. They do not care about their costumers or service at all. I would give them negative stars if I could. Thanks South Lebanon USPS.

I have called both Lebanon and Fields Ertel post offices...they are not aware of this verification process...from usps.com guess I will wait FOR ONE HOUR for someone on hold at the 800 usps number to research their policy.

I made a mistake and didn't use enough postage on about half of my son's graduation announcements. I realized this a few hours after I dropped them in the drop box inside the post office. I called and they pulled them out for me minutes before collection. Before I got back up there, they had weighed them and had the extra postage I needed ready to go. Amazing customer service. I doubt a larger post office would have gone to the trouble to help me out. They really saved the day!
