Loving my new home! The property manager, Kim Gross, has been exceptional during the whole process. From applying/approval, up until move in day, and ever since! No doubt Kim is very passionate about making sure all of her residents are 100% satisfied with their home. I think she loves each and every one of her residents! There was a slight delay with the move in due to the gas meter install, so absolutely nothing that Redwood had control over - I do not fault them at all for this set back. It was worth the wait, anyways! At this time they are still building more homes, so there is some dirt around. But boy do they do a good job keeping things clean where residents have already moved in. The construction folks mostly enter and exit on the end of the property where no one is living yet. I'm honestly just over the moon with my unit. I have two boys, so not having someone living below us and hearing their running back and forth was super important to me. If you are considering living here, just reach out to Kim Gross, she's super sweet and will help you beyond your expectations.

Redwood Homes have usually been regarded as excellent apartment rental communities. My experience was just the opposite. My opinion of Kim Gross, the Community Manager, is that she is rude, demanding, and insincere. The Move-in process was unorganized, rushed, and lacked any support from Kim. She expected me to do all the work despite the unit not even having an actual recognized address.Meanwhile, I was personally dealing with an aging parent in declining health and the start of a new job. Kim would do unprofessional things like call my phone 5 to 6 times in a row, and send emails threatening to give my apartment to someone else. She would use arbitrary times that she imposed herself.Eventually, she canceled my apartment, despite paying the hold fee .Then she started calling to see if I wanted a different apartment at a much later date. When, I tried to take a week to think about it, she canceled my application while keeping my application fee and hold fee, despite still being within the specified hold period.I attempted to contact corporate with no response.I would give serious thought before applying for this Community.

I moved from out of state and Kim and staff made my move very easy. They have helped me so much with anything that I have needed so far. I’m excited to see how the community will turn out and I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Kim was knowledgable, caring, and interested in telling us about the features of living in a Redwood community. We were thrilled to see the innovations and care in construction and how the units were designed for spacious living and accommodating the needs of the people that would live there. We were impressed.

The move-in experience with Kim has been absolutely awesome. I'm happy to be a resident at Redwood South Lebanon.
