This is gem. Staff was helful and confirmed I was purchasing the correct item. Parking on Main Street and a lot behind the building. I will certainly be back.”

“I work there and people are great just a lack of communication in management but my boss is a great guy to work for (PH) and love it or I wouldn't been there over 10 years. Nurses that's had other pharmacies prefer skilled care over the other ones because skilled care has faster service for new admits than the other pharmacies and better customer service plus skilled care drivers dress professionally and not in sweat pants or jeans with holes.”

“I ordered two cakes for my kids. I wasn't expecting much however, I was extremely impressed with how they turned out, considering I only gave them a day and a half to do when I picked up the cakes. The guy behind the counter was so polite, helpful, and nice. all the workers at the store were smiling and helpful. When I checked out the cashier and bagger were so beyond nice that it was refreshing to be around. I don't usually go to this Kroger, but after this experience, I definitely will shop here more. It was just nice to be around nice people.”

They are always quick to fix and trade out the item that was wrong. Just at the pharmacy yesterday and was a few early for our appointment. No problem! Great service and we were in and out ASAP.”

They brought my son's medication, which they compounded special for him btw, to my door...FOR FREE, with a smile! I think I woke up into an alternate reality because this doesn't happen in mine! “This is the first Walgreens where a pharmacist was nice enough to recognize how lost I was and come around the counter to help me find a shelved product.Not only did she lead me to what I wanted, she asked me a few key questions and then handed me this great looking product that was half off and checked off every box for me. “This pharmacy is great! They always communicate clearly if there are delays and many times have been able to refill a script same day with short notice. They almost always have the lower price vs. Kroger on Good Rx. I have also never had an issue at this pharmacy like the aforementioned grocery pharmacy down the road where there always seems to be some problem. Thank you very much Walmart pharmacy staff for the terrific customer service!!”

“They have almost everything I need. The frequency of store resets means I learn the store backward and forward and then they move EVERYTHING and it takes me 50% longer to shop. Unfortunately they've gone to yuppie beers for the most part. Where's the PBR and High Life? Not everyone wants to pay $13 for a six pack.”
“I am a long-time customer of this Walgreens. - Jay, the pharmacist, is great! He usually cracks a joke or makes me smile. I appreciate his attentiveness. - There is a lady with blonde hair who is either at the register or behind the pharmacy counter. I have failed to get her name. However, she's a riot! I love a sense of humor when I am checking out and she never fails! - I had to switch pharmacies recently due to a change in insurance. I was sad to have to leave this Walgreens and go to a competitor.”
“This Walgreens is wonderful. The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love the employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.”

“I like this Walgreens. It is located right off of 275 in Loveland. There is a brand new Mike's car wash across the street. There is also a Starbucks drive-through on the other side of the street. It is very conveniently located. I also love the fact that there is a drive-through with this wall greens What impressed me the most about this drive-through is that they don't even have to open the window to speak to the customers inside the car. They pull out a phone inside the pharmacy and talk through speakers that are projected outside of the pharmacy. I can see the pharmacist, but I actually don't have to be near her. That makes it perfect, especially since sick people are usually in the drive-through to get prescriptions. I thought it was very smart of them. I also loved that this pharmacy was one of the few that had Tylenol during quarantine and the coronavirus. I was able to get Tylenol going through the drive-through instead of actually going into the building. That was very nice and appreciated. Great location for all medical needs plus items that you can grab and go.”

“I was originally standing in a very long line with only 2 (non you scan registers) open. With it being 2 days before Thanksgiving and 5 pm- I expected there to be more registers open. When I am coming for a quick shopping trip I don't mind using the self scan lanes, but with my cart full I preferred to go to a regular checkout lane. Thankfully, a very friendly manager, Bill, came and opened another lane. I also appreciated the reusable bag/ wine carrier that he gave me to carry my two bottles of wine. The store was well stocked and I was able to find everything I needed. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is I had to ask 3 different employees of where to locate Velveeta cheese and was sent to very different areas of the store before the third employee correctly told me where to locate it.”

“Incredibly convenient for travelers!My partner and I were staying in a nearby motel to go to King's Island. Even on vacation we don't like having every meal "out" so we were delighted that this Kroger was so nearby to pick up juice, frozen dinners, yogurt, and a few other things and keep in our mini fridge.The store seemed well-stocked and well organized. Prices were reasonable. The self-checkout worked well, so we were in and out in no time. :)”
