“I have two large breed dogs that have allergies to chicken and eggs plus a few other ones making it very difficult to find foods they can eat. It seems like all large breed dog food is chicken based. So finding a place that carries dog food they can eat and it is in stock can be difficult. They carry some brands and it was in stock . Yay!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will be back.”
“They did an excellent job with my golden retriever. She is very shy and they took the time to welcome her and she marched right back with them. She came out smelling so clean and looking beautiful. “We’ve been going to Earthwise at Harpers Point since they opened. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We moved 30 minutes away and STILL go out of our way to come here. On top of the excellent quality and selection of pet food and supplies is unmatched customer service. The ladies that work the register are absolutely amazing. I always get a couple large bags of dog food when I come in and they always offer to help me carry them to my car. You will not get the top notch service that you get here anywhere else.”
“This is locally owned family business. They are knowledgeable about plants and planting, fertilizer and general farming. Their prices are competitive and they are located within few miles of large hardware stores. But. I prefer to buy my stuff from this location cause I can support a local business and I get great service. They are extremely helpful.”
“This was a very tiny Tractor Supply, but it had some of what we needed. Disappointing garden center (just a handful of Bonnie plants on a shelf outside), but some legitimately interesting garden supplies inside (raised beds, pots, fertilizers, equipment, etc.). The cashier was very friendly and checked us out quickly. All in all, a decent experience.”

“Very pleased with the Waterstone Blvd Petco for grooming of my two mid-sized dogs. They were pretty rough for wear and I was able to get an appointment within a week for both of them at a time that worked for my schedule. Cayley did great and her care for them and the level of detail she showed in their haircuts was definitely noticed. 10/10 recommend. We'll be back for grooming in the future for sure. I don't have a good picture of Nigel, but this photo is of my Maisy pup. She was a shaggy mop prior to her appointment!”

“Always a pleasure at petco the only thing I would have to say is that our location Middletown / Franklin is a Mini Store and some items are not stocked on the shelves or store don't carry items. Forcing us to have to purchase online if possible or very least try substituting with alternative product etc. Have had fish and 3 dogs my whole adult life and when the first local pet shop closed we transferred our business to yall. Thanks for that ??”

“Would have received 5 stars if the adopt a pet that occurred on Veterans day was not in the front of the store. Getting through the crowd who wasn't shopping, just oodling over the cute animals (which they were) was a bit challenging. They thought you were trying to get closet so they would move forward. Then, there was no staff to help find stuff. They were all busy with the animals and people looking at the animals.Move that stuff to the back of the store or the middle. Right in the front, crowding the door was a bad move. We had to leave. No help and went somewhere else.We like the store too. Just that particular day, they didn't think that through. If there was a fire, there would have been casualties for sure.”
