Couldn't have been more impressed (and thankful) by William and the mechanics on site at the time. They were extremely understanding and helpful in an out-of-town travel emergency, allowing us to enjoy a special event and helping us to get the family safely back on the road home that same evening.
We were traveling to Cincinnati from Columbus late on a Saturday afternoon for a concert when I started having electrical issues and a "Battery Charging System Malfunction" notification. After stopping at the first auto parts store we could locate to test the battery and alternator, we determined the alternator bearings were shot and the alternator burning up/close to seizing. Options were limited as seemingly every place around (Chevy dealership, repair shops, car rentals were closed for the evening (and in many cases weekend). Facing the possibility of missing the concert (for which we had VIP passes) and being stranded in Cincinnati area with no clothes, food, lodging, etc., we called Firestone. After explaining the situation, William ensured us he could have the vehicle repaired by late the next morning. We arrived, dropped off the car, and were even told that they would do what they could to complete the repair that evening if possible. We were able to Uber to the event and while standing in line received a call that the repair was complete, even refunding some of the estimated charge as they did not have to complete all maintenance initially quoted in the rush of the moment without having the opportunity to fully diagnose the issue.
Ended up being the most expensive concert I've ever attended, but thanks to the team at Firestone (and the Uber driver) we made it just in time, salvaged a great experience, and still made it back home that same night as planned. THANK YOU!!!

I had my car towed there for service. I was out of town and my daughter was going to use the car to pick me up at the airport on Saturday. Friday they told me to just get it to them, they weren’t real busy, and that would be no problem. Saturday morning they told me things were a little more involved and I asked if the car could be ready by 1 PM and they said sure. Had they been honest with me from the start, I could’ve made other arrangements to be picked up. As it was, I had to wait at the airport sitting on a bench in the baggage claim area for 4 1/2 hours until the car was done and my daughter could get there. If your people don’t know how to do something, they need to be honest about it. They kept telling me “it was just more complicated than we thought it would be”. They were installing a battery and an alternator. I am done with Firestone and do not intend to ever return.

When I dropped off my car at 9:00AM, I was told it would take 2-3 hours to complete the work. So I opted to wait in the area. I come back at 1:00PM and ask how much longer it would be and was told 30 minutes. Then an hour went by. Then another. Then at 3:30P, I get a call while I'm sitting in the lobby saying that my car now needed an alignment. This is after I've been told countless times that it'll only be another 30 minutes. They also drove the car during the inspection to feel what was wrong, so I'm not sure why the alignment was only discovered 3 hours after I was supposed to get the car back. My suspicion is that during the work they were doing, they altered the alignment and then tried to charge me to fix their mistake. Regardless of what kind of compensation was offered, I'll never use Firestone again after this experience. Atrocious communication and completely wasted my day because they weren't upfront at the start. And all they offered were excused when I called them out for the terrible customer service. Oh and the AC was out in the lobby, so it was legit at least 80 degrees in there.

I went in for an oil change and for them to check a tire with a slow leak. They asked if I wanted a tire rotation also. I agreed. Then came the sales pitch. I need an alignment. I need a cabin air filter. I need a coolant flush. I need a regular filter. I agreed to the alignment as well as the oil change and tire rotation. Then next morning my low tire indicator came back on. And it was in the exact same location it was before I went to Firestone. Hmmm. I called (and was on hold for 28 minutes) and they said the $21.99 check up and tire rotation was free. Not according to my receipt. They had me bring my car back in and they would check my tire and “rotate” my tires for “free”. I will update what they come back with this time.

These guys are great. They will take the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have.
I have dealt with Firestone several times, they take care of all of my oil changes and anything else I need them for when it comes to fixing my vehicles.

The technicians did a great job communicating and reviewing everything with us before performing any work. They also made suggestions and were honest when they could have just told us parts needed to be replaced.We appreciated their honesty and would recommend them.

Zane the manager and Will was the 2 representatives I dealt with. They were very professional, charismatic and super knowledgeable. They offered me serv8ces that I needed, but wasn't pushy about it. Great experience

ROSS provided incorrect quotes then tried to turn it around and blame it on our miscommunication. We got the quote 2 times and he stated it was for “all 4 shocks”. The next day, when our car was supposed to be done, he called and quoted us double the amount. Just own up to your mistakes instead of being a flake and trying to blame the customer for a miscommunication. Our email even showed 4 shocks, even though he states our quote was for 2. Horrible customer service. Won’t be back. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Brought truck in for alignment and was told the couldn't get adjustment sleeves freed up and was charged $28 for check alignment.. Wanted $600+ to fix sleeves. took it home and freed up sleeves in 15 minutes. Took back next day and had it aligned at full price, no discount for doing the job they were previously supposed to do $85. Alignment specs are good and it drives straight. Something as simple as loosening a split sleeve which has to be done during most alignments shouldn't cause 2 trips and an extra charge. Lack of effort.
