Zero stars! Every single time I come here it's always something. Today I sat at the pharmacy drive through for over 25 min before anyone answered the call button. There were no customers inside. Then the gal tells me my prescriptions that were sent over by my physician 2.5 days prior weren't ready. I'm not saying they aren't short staffed or aren't busy but come on! This is a management issue!It's just unacceptable!

I wish I could give negative stars. This was one of the best pharmacies but now they forget the auto refills, hours are cut in half, the drive-up window is closed half the time and they are saying due to shortage. Well here is one suggestion, only do pharmacy items, so if customer has 1 prescription and 10 different half price items, send them to the register for the 10 items. Simple.

Very rude pharmacist named Dane. Horrible communicator with zero customer service skills. Refused to fill my prescriptions after making several mistakes and repeating incomplete answers to my question and telling me to "calm down" on the phone. I don't need a young man telling me to calm down! Most women don't react well to that kind of condescension, What's worse is that the other pharmacist had no interest in my side of the story and stood by him blindly because he is her "partner." He was tremendously disrespectful to me and was so aggravating that he drive me to anger and I was disrespectful to him in return. But his actions don't matter according to her. I suggest they send him to communication classes. They gave me my prescriptions back and I simply took them to another pharmacy where the staff is kind and understanding. They lost a customer for life. Too many other pharmacies around to take that kind of crap. Avoid this Walgreens for Pharmacy needs. I will say that the store manager was very understanding and cool. Don't blame her a bit. I predict many people will have problems with Dane unless he is trained in dealing with customers and giving them answers that actually make sense. Can a pharmacist deny a fill because he had his feelings hurt because someone disrespected him? I guess so. I don't think he can handle the job. Too much pressure for him. Get your meds anywhere but here.

I called looking for an item i had a hard time finding, when i called they where quick to see if they had the item in stock, i then arrived at the store and found the item with ease. The workers where very nice
