Walmart Supercenter offers a convenient shopping experience for customers looking to order fresh groceries online, with options for free same-day delivery for Walmart+ members and free pickup services. The store accepts SNAP EBT cards, ensuring accessibility for all shoppers. Customers can enjoy organic produce and a Freshness Guarantee, with trained associates hand-picking groceries and loading them into cars for added convenience. The Walmart Grocery app allows users to check in and schedule pickups easily. However, some customers report challenges such as long lines, especially during busy times, and a decline in self-checkout options at certain locations. While many find the store to be well-stocked and clean with helpful staff, others have experienced issues with product availability and customer service. Overall, Walmart Supercenter provides a mix of positive and negative shopping experiences, making it one of the better options in Cuyahoga County, especially for those willing to shop during quieter times.
This location is always hot or miss. Sometimes they have what you need and other times they don't. The customer service is really ghetto but if you don't mind Rude employees and taking chances then this is the store for you.

It's getting to really be a lousy experience. Unless you get up at the crack of dawn and shop, expect long, long lines. Wal-Mart has basically done away with its self checkouts in one and only store in Cleveland and working hard to shut down the self checkout in South Euclid, Ohio
