This is the second Walgreens I'm reviewing with the same exact problem. It seems Walgreens loves to have photo stores in their store, but the people who are supposed to man them hate them. I know they hate them because they treat me like crap if I have to use them. Then they screw up the order, hoping you won't come back. Tried to have a passport photo taken and that woman was so rude. Oh my God she was terrible. But everybody at Walgreens is terrible. How do I know? Just read the reviews on every store in the Cleveland area and you'll find out. Go to CVS save yourself the hassle. The reason being CVS doesn't pretend to be something that they aren't. Nor does any other Pharmacy. Walgreens pretends To have a photo store and then Does not man the place.

I am so grateful to Janai in the Pharmacy!!! I was about to leave for a trip and was out of my prescription. She called a bunch of other Walgreens in the area and was able to find a location that could fill it!! THANK YOU! This was above and beyond service!

The store is great. Courteous, helpful employees. I mostly use the pharmacy. The pharmacists are fantastic! Alex and Lashira go above and beyond to help.

This location has the most incompetent, rude, unprofessional workers of all the Walgreens in the surrounding area. Save yourself the headache and drive up to Richmond rd or go down to Mayfield. I wish I could give 0 stars

Do not shop here at all everyone is rude pharmacy always canceling prescriptions n do not work here at this location either summer the store manager is unfair n overwork you don’t care to much about your personal life

Zero stars! Every single time I come here it's always something. Today I sat at the pharmacy drive through for over 25 min before anyone answered the call button. There were no customers inside. Then the gal tells me my prescriptions that were sent over by my physician 2.5 days prior weren't ready. I'm not saying they aren't short staffed or aren't busy but come on! This is a management issue!It's just unacceptable!

Not what it used to be. Very under staffed and overworked. Went twice to pick up my prescription, yesterday and then again today and everything is delayed. People were transferring their prescriptions to another pharmacy when I came in yesterday and I understand why now.. I transferred somewhere else too and got mine filled in less than an hour. I’m in too much pain to play around.

Horrible pharmacy. They constantly cancel my prescriptions, long waits, rude, unfriendly customer service. Just not worth using this one.
