TrueNorth convenience stores pride themselves on being a premier Shell distributor, known for their fast, friendly, and clean service. With an ever-growing footprint, TrueNorth has stores located in the Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Toledo, Youngstown, and Northern Michigan markets. While the service is generally good, the stores sometimes attract panhandlers and scam artists, and the bathrooms may not always be as clean as expected.
Very busy The receipts doesn't print the pump. You have to go inside and stay in behind people. That's playing a lottery and buying cigarettes just to get a receipt

One or two pumps do not accept credit cards everytime I have purchased gas here.

Service is good. Unfortunately, it attracts multiple panhandlers and scam artists. The same people keep showing up with their false stories to get money from the customers.
