WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD AT A TAKE 5 IN MY LIFE I WAITED OVER 2 HIIRS FOR A OIL CHANGE WHEN IT WAS ONLY 3 CARS A HEAD OF ME AND STILL DIDNT GET THE IO CHANGE DO NOT GO HERE EVER TAKE YOUR CHANCES GOING FURTHER OUT WORST TAKE 5 MAKES THE NAME LOOK TERRIBLE

This was a very positive experience. The staff were fast workers who seemed quite knowledgeable. They were courteous and looked quite precise in their various mechanical procedures, and the conversation we had was relevant to my vehicle. I am grateful and I will return.

I copied and pasted this review from another customer because I had the exact same experience on 9/8/24. One girl just kept whining about wanting to leave and watch the game and the other guy was right next to my car on cell phone taking to someone about just eat what’s in the refrigerator. I’ll stick to the Lee Rd location!!!!
The take 5 on Mayfield South Euclid is very slow to get oil changes done. 2 cars in front of me and It's been almost an hour. Staff moving at a snails pace and spending more time talking than working. If I wasn't stuck inside the bldg I would have left. Didn't put air in anyone's tires either.

Excellent customer service!!!! The two gentleman that took care of my old car, pointed out an issue that Conrad’s was suppose to fix to get my check engine light out! 5 stars! I’ll be back!

I normally go to the location on Broadview Rd. I was close to the location on Mayfield Road in South Euclid so I went there thinking that I was going to get the same courteous treatment. Everything went as normal until Keith tried to upsell me filters and a coolant service. When I declined both he made snide comments and tried to make me feel guilty for not utilizing the services he offered. I also overheard another gentleman with dreadlocks doing the same thing to a female who was in the bay next to me while while referencing her expensive clothes. After this experience I just may switch to Valvoline.
