“My husband and I stopped in primarily to get his feet measured since the shoes we purchased elsewhere earlier this year were now too big ?. We've purchased from Mar-Lou Shoes in the past and know that we always receive great customer service, and although the shoes are a little pricey, they're definitely worth the price. As soon as I saw this pair of leather multi-colored Oxford shoes, I knew these were exactly what my husband wanted. I appreciated that the sales associate wasn't pushy and understood my husband's needs and wants. I think because of her kindness and understanding, my husband splurged on himself. I'll be back to find him another pair of shoes and to hopefully find something for myself”

“I'm very pleased and would recommend this store along with its services to anyone.! Attending the store around June 2023 was the best decision I could've made. My feet feels so much better, I'm able to wear any shoe now without worrying about discomfort or putting items between my toes to prevent me from getting blisters. I also like the fact that they had a "Credit Card/Payment center that you can use so that you can purchase the items you needed that day and bring the items home that day with you. Everybody needs to have their feet adjusted and looked at if nothing else just to make sure that they're wearing the proper size shoe and getting the Adams needed to place in her shoes to keep your shoes feeling comfortable. “Was a red winger for over 14 years , and now they don't even make a true work boot anymore . Bring back the 1205 - a real man's work boot, and I'll come back. I'm giving 3 star because the store itself has great people , just don't have my boots now .Update: I went back in to see these fine people and to see if there was possibly a new boot I could get them to sell me on since I know their boots are the most comfortable on the market , they had me try on a pair of Irish setters and I was sold. Unbelievably comfortable and water proof. I'm back to being in the red wing family again. Thanks guys”

“My husband and I visited the store on 07/12/2023 after having just visited another local hat store that has also been around for many many years. This store is a stark contrast from our experience at the other business! Immediately, we were impressed with this store's appearance and the friendly greeting we received from Maelynn (?spelling) and one of the store owners! Maelynn was very knowledgeable about the various hat styles and was able to show us selections after my husband explained what he was looking for! He chose a hat he loves, I love it too, and love to see him in it! When we are back in our home town, we will be sure to visit them again and get hubby right!! Thanks Maelynn and team!!”

“I used to shop at Terry's in Eastlake. Unfortunately, they closed, but they recommended Foot Solutions, and so I went. I couldn't be happier. I have suffered from chronic leg pain for several years, to the point I could only walk a few feet for a period of time. The VA told me it was osteoarthritis in my knees, and would look no further into it. I knew there was something else - causing or contributing to the pain. Simply saying arthritis just didn't seem right.I supinate when I walk so I thought maybe inserts would help. I had a scan done of my feet and the sales rep noticed that I stand and walk "duckfooted." My wife always told me I walk funny. I got some inserts and shoes to help with arch support. The rep told me to relearn the way I walk so my feet would be inline with my knees. The result so far has been amazing.I went to a podiatrist afterward and he confirmed exactly what the sales rep told me - as did my physical therapist.I cannot say enough good things about Foot Solutions.”

“Went here on 3/25, looking for black slacks and a dress. Brittany (or maybe Bethany) was so helpful in helping me find my size and get a fitting room. I also asked about a blue and green floral dress that I had seen online. She said it was online only but they happened to have one that had been returned. She got it for me and I tried it on and it worked! She was very kind and friendly. I was hesitant to try it on originally as it wasn't the typical size I wear but she was so tactful in saying that if I tried it on, she could then suggest the size that would work.
