I left the state and they refused to cancel my subscription. I called and emailed and they insisted that I must come in person. It is fraudulent and deceptive. These people are absolute crooks. When I placed a hold on ACH payments, they just started charging my credit card! They never had authority to do that.Look at the response below. These people need a signed document to cancel? Why???? Is there some epidemic of stranger cancelling other stranger's gym memberships that I haven't heard about? The obvious answer is that they make it difficult for you to cancel so that you keep paying and paying. Nevermind I verified my identity on a phone call, they demanded I come in person. There is no reason to have a signed document to cancel a gym membership. This is just further evidence of their deception.

When are the bulbs going to be changed in the tanning beds? N Randall location keeps up to date with there's. When is this location going to change the old bulbs??

it looked nice from the entry way. I stopped in at 8:58 because it's advertised as open 24hrs but when I walked in I was told they close at nine. If it's due to staffing issues I understand but if it's a permanent chang consider updating your info As there were others that walked in after me and were also turned away.

The Night Shift crew is awesome. John and Cameron went above and beyond in removing a lock from my locker when I locked the key in the locker. They worked extremely hard at cutting the lock with the bolt cutters and it took them a long time and a lot of elbow grease but finally they persevered. All th while they were cheerful and laughing which made me feel less like an idiot. Highly recommend this planet fitness.

I wrote a review a couple of years ago and I feel compelled to write an update because I think the place has gone down. The spray bottles to clean things down are frequently empty at several stations and/or no paper towels. The garbage cans are sometimes overflowing. And yet, there are usually 2-3 people at the front desk goofing off, talking, and not even really looking at who checks in. Also, so many people sitting on the machines playing with their phones and not working out. I just get the feeling the people who run this PF don't care anymore.

Over the past summer I switched my membership from a VERY pricey fitness center that had all of the bells and whistles but I just could not justify paying well over a $100 a month to work out. Fast forward to June, switched over to this Planet Fitness... this has got to be the most spacious and well laid out PF I have ever worked out at. Love how there's an upstairs and downstairs-seems to break up the congestion and you don't feel like you're working out on top of each other. The 5am crowd and staff is the best. In and out. No lingering and socializing. They also have tanning and infrared light machines. I'm taking one star away for the following: Locker Room and Staff. Consistently, I have seen trash or hair or other unidentifiable items in the locker room whether on the counter or floor. Sometimes several days in a row. So I know their level of attentiveness to cleaning is lacking. Staff-when I initially walked in and requested information and a tour one of the staff members was asked to show me around to which he threw his arms down and said "aww really?!" Dude. I'm standing right there. If you don't want to work, go home. Otherwise this is a solid gym and I highly recommend.
