If I could give less stars to a place I would. The “manager” was so rude and disrespectful. She’s trash. Wouldn’t allow me to speak with another employee when I asked for help due to her rude attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Horrible customer service, to the so called manager at Sally’s… you work at Sally’s so settle down.

If a customer is asking questions about a sign you don't tell them "read the sign". You don't know if customers have vision problems, had their eyes dilated, or what is going on with them. When a customer asks questions, They aren't supposed to be met with attitude. Trying to make your customers feel stupid for asking questions is a horrible business strategy. Trying to embarrass your customers by alluding to their inability to understand your poorly advertised sign, is a horrible business strategy. Customer service is not for everyone, reevaluate what you want to do with your life.

I walked in recently to ask if they still sold face masks and the young lady with black hair was very rude about it. I don't know why she was mad, but this seems to be a consistent problem based on the other comments. If you hate your job just quit. I work in retail too, but it's never that serious.

I've always found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. They ask the right questions to figure out out what's needed to get the results you want and don't try to sell you what you don't need. The store manager's done a good job of training her staff; I won't shop at any other Sally's.

The saleswoman is very rude and lacks professionalism. She is not making eye contact or even answering my question about a product. I wish the administration would train the sellers and give them courses on how to deal with customers.

Does corporate read the reviews? I got what I needed but the unprofessionalism always blows my mind. There was a time where companies cared about good customer service. Is training provided anymore?I don't want anyone to lose their job but if you're working in public spaces you must know how to interact with customers, and if this work isn't for you, find something you can do without having to be around people. No need to try and make everyone else's day miserable. The young lady here was just curt and a bit dismissive.

There are two young ladies working the store Sunday 11/6/22. The young lady with short blonde hair extremely helpful and pleasant. The young lady with the short black bob extremely rude unhelpful and disrespectful. I understand that there is a shortage of help since that’s what she complaining about however if you unpleasant and rude because you are working then you should not work. This is more damaging to a business.
