I purchased a mattress that was supposed to be a medium, but when it was delivered it was a soft mattress, when you lay on it the mattress sunk in, I called the store immediately and I was told I have to keep the mattress for 30 days then I can return it after I pay $149 for restocking and $99 for delivery, the sales lady kept saying you have the right mattress just because you do not like the way it feels is not our problem, so if this is how you treat your customers I will tell everyone I know do not go to mattress firm in South Euclid they have the worst customer service i have ever seen. When I was buying the mattress she was as nice as she could be even gave me her number and said any problems call me and I will make sure you are satisfied, but that went out the door when the store got there money, she should be a used car salesman. Never again and I wish I could give less than one.

The sales rep Afrisha greeted me when I walked in the door. She took the time to ask what I was looking for and she explained about the way each mattress and base works and let me try each one out until I was satisfied. She was very helpful, knowledgeable patient, caring and kind. The best sales person I have ever met.

It was a very good experience for me - not knowing a lot about the mattresses world, Afrisha at the store was patient to answer my questions and help me with my understanding of mattresses variety. I had a good experience at the pickup station too arranged by the store for me at Solon. Was quick and seamless. Thank you for a good purchase :)
