Clean store and the employees are chill. You have good deals on certain items and I can’t really complain. Have more stuff for bonfire accessories that would be cool.

Okay, lets put some things in perspective here. Why do you shop at a particular grocery store? Do you go there because they have self driving shopping karts or a personal shopper that walks with you and showers you in praise while you shop yeah thats stupid real people don't shop at places like that (that don't exist) and neither do I. I shop at Marc's because I like, oh right, the prices. I'm also in love with their closeouts section but we can (maybe) get to that later. Regardless, if you also want to share in these great prices, you need to keep things in perspective. You can shop somewhere with magic shopping karts that scratch your personal rump roast and pay $7.99/lb for Roma Tomatoes but I know for me personally I try to spend my money not like an idiot and pay much less for those instead. Just keep things in perspective and calm down all with the rage. Oh no they're cutting my meat slowly hey how about thanks for showing up to work today. That high schooler didn't give me the best service in my life yeah this is his first job and he's been carrying a couple hundred $1 canned goods and stocking them for like 7 hours and hes pretty tired and learning so maybe take a chill pill and cut him some slack? Take a breath and remember why you're here. You're here for great prices and you will get those. You can find the coolest stuff in the closeouts and get garage sale level deals. Just try to enjoy a store that isn't constantly unnecessarily updating itself and charging you for that just so they can have domes over their shopping karts outside. Oh, and this is the best place to buy your plants and vegetables and mums and pumpkins and all that stuff. Just don't wait on the seasonal stuff - if you don't get it when you see it, it's gone. Remember it could be worse - they could be check/cash/discover card only (like they used to - those were dark days). :-D

Marc's is my Hotwheels go-to spot but lately I've been not going to the one in Cleveland heights. Their Hotwheel displays cases are scattered through half the store and they do not order more and leave the display empty for weeks on end. They also don't have half the cereals in that location as opposed to the location near rt. 271. Hotwheels, please order more and have someone consolidate them.

The lady in closeouts was so nice. She tried to help me find tealights. Loved her spirit

I visited the South Euclid Marc's today 08-27-22. The two woman who work in the deli were super nice, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their products. My cashier Tanija was kind, personable, efficient, and packaged my groceries with care. The gentleman restocking the chips even greeted me. The store itself was clean, organized, well-stocked, with fresh produce, meat, and products. You guys are doing a FANTASTIC job at this store!

Things to know about most Marcs: Closeouts section is amazing. Cheapest place to buy plants. Lines take an absolute lifetime between staff and shoppers moving in slo-mo paying with checks and loose change. Selection is right down the middle; not as many options as Walmart but more than Aldi if you're looking for certain things or brands. Less stressful than Walmart if you just need a small grocery trip and don't mind paying a bit more on some things, but if you want fast and affordable definitely go to Aldis instead.

It's always up in the air whether it'll be rotten vegetables and absolutely terrible service or if food is in sellable shape and staff are friendly. Having a cashier give an eyeroll because god forbid I want to purchase groceries and she has to assist with that transaction is idiotic. Generally speaking, it always seems like a hassle to have customers to most employees here, with the exception of a few standouts.Decent selection of name brand along with budget stuff most of the time. Except peanut butter. Apparently Marc's doesn't carry peanut butter anymore.Odd selection of their household/junk aisles. I'm not sure if they buy stolen goods out of warehouses or what but some of the items they carry is insane. I'm sure it's really excess stock other places unload, but it's weird to see 500 little boxes of Market Pantry (Target) branded vanilla. One thing is for certain - The checkout lines will be seemingly neverending.
