Impossible to get thru by phone. Staff and manager rude and incompetent. Impossible to set up an account on the app and website. They totally ignore you when you're at counter or door ringing the bell. Phone at corporate office also impossible to get thru. Disgusting rude staff. Don't go there unless you want to give yourself high blood pressure or an anxiety attack.

Okay, lets put some things in perspective here. Why do you shop at a particular grocery store? Do you go there because they have self driving shopping karts or a personal shopper that walks with you and showers you in praise while you shop yeah thats stupid real people don't shop at places like that (that don't exist) and neither do I. I shop at Marc's because I like, oh right, the prices. I'm also in love with their closeouts section but we can (maybe) get to that later. Regardless, if you also want to share in these great prices, you need to keep things in perspective. You can shop somewhere with magic shopping karts that scratch your personal rump roast and pay $7.99/lb for Roma Tomatoes but I know for me personally I try to spend my money not like an idiot and pay much less for those instead. Just keep things in perspective and calm down all with the rage. Oh no they're cutting my meat slowly hey how about thanks for showing up to work today. That high schooler didn't give me the best service in my life yeah this is his first job and he's been carrying a couple hundred $1 canned goods and stocking them for like 7 hours and hes pretty tired and learning so maybe take a chill pill and cut him some slack? Take a breath and remember why you're here. You're here for great prices and you will get those. You can find the coolest stuff in the closeouts and get garage sale level deals. Just try to enjoy a store that isn't constantly unnecessarily updating itself and charging you for that just so they can have domes over their shopping karts outside. Oh, and this is the best place to buy your plants and vegetables and mums and pumpkins and all that stuff. Just don't wait on the seasonal stuff - if you don't get it when you see it, it's gone. Remember it could be worse - they could be check/cash/discover card only (like they used to - those were dark days). :-D

This is the worst pharmacy to go to, I really would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. My Dr sent over my information on a Saturday I needed to start taking on the following Sunday. Here it is Friday and it's still not ready, you would die waiting for them to get your meds. They should be ashamed and shutdown....

My husband and I have been using Marc’s pharmacy for years. We have always found the staff friendly, helpful, and very professional. Marc’s prices are usually great. The pharmacy calls or text us when our prescriptions are ready. We’re lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

I usually go early in the morning, or a little before closing. As midday the lines are to long, wait time is longer than the actual shopping. However I always find what I need! The younger associates are very nice!!

The staff at the deli counter and management is HORRIBLE! Multiple times, I've had staff tell me that they would not service me and I needed to go to the pre-cut items for my orders. They are slow and management has no regard for the poor service.

Called ahead and advised that their advertised 2L Canada Dry Diet Ginger Ale was available (not previously available at this store). The information was clearly false as there was none available. The store manager was weakly apologetic but advised that rain checks are NOT available either. This is a bait and switch method that may not be legal! If I were running the store and had none available, I would even had advertised a lower price.

For those of you who care for another with a disability, do not shop at Marcs. They do not allow you to enter the store if you cannot wear a mask. They would rather you do not shop at their stores. My experience: I went to the Brunswick, Ohio store where the manager, Heidi, told me that my son could not come in. He has Autism and is incapable of wearing masks due to his severe sensory defensiveness. She followed me around the store telling me that he is a danger to others, even though every other person in the store has a mask on, all the employees are wearing their masks. She argued with me, even after I told her my son had already received his Covid shot. She embarrassed us in front of the other customers. When I spoke to corporate offices they agreed with the manager. They would rather lose our business. There was not compromise, no compassion, no brainstorming of how we could continue to shop at a Marc's store or offer to even make a time or way for curbside pick up, just do not come. Well, we will not. I encourage anyone with a loved one with a disability to understand this is not just about the mask, it is about not having compassion or understanding for those with disabilities. They refused to even make a way for us to shop at their stores. What a disgrace!
