“Not bad for all things Italian! Tiramisu slice was a little bit frozen but still edible and good. Prices are a little high but that's everywhere else! Plenty of authentic Italian meat selection. Just in town for a visit, but would gladly go back next time when the deli is open. Next time, I'll shop longer for more in depth review and pics!”

“Western Reserve Wines was recommended to me by family members who live in the area as I live out of town and wanted to send 6 bottles of champagne for a wedding gift to a couple in Shaker Heights. I was absolutely blown away by their customer service! Within minutes of placing an order on their website I was contact by Tracey who had read my note explaining that this was a wedding gift and asked if I would like for them to include a hand written card with the delivery. They didn't stop with the hand written note and went above and beyond by packing the bottles in special white carriers topped with silver bows. I can only imagine the kind of personal help they give to their in store customers if this is the kind of extra special care given to an out-of-state on-line customer. Looking forward to stopping in when we are in Solon for the wedding.”
“My husband used to ride his bike to this little corner store for candy way back when... He was so happy it was open, even though it had a different name and no longer sold penny candy:) Bought some Lucky 7 scratch offs there!”

“This is a relatively small liquor store but they really have it stocked well. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and liquor including some very high end bottles and gift sets. The service is excellent, all the guys I've dealt with there have been great. Worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood.”

“Let me start off by saying I really try to avoid going to liquor stores. I'll go to a grocery store and get my spirits before I go to a stand alone liquor store. This store however is clean, any time I've been there isnt a large crowd , it just doesnt trigger my anxiety. It's a safe, clean, and friendly environment. I can come in, get my bottle, and leave without all the extra stuff that happens at some other stores . Best of all , its right around the corner from me . Very convenient!”

“This crew is very organized. Lobby area could be bigger but definitely clean. Baked goods were fresh and coffee was almost Starbucks quality.

“Liquor store . Only one in in are. Too many begging zombies outside, prices are reasonable, staff could be in more helpful if they haven't conversations with each other and act like you a bother. But All in all it's cool. I go there frequently.”

“Very friendly staff and nice selection of liquor and wine and mixers. Parking is readily available right on Chagrin, right in front of the store or across the street. They sell cigarettes and lottery tickets and some snacks like chips and beef jerky, too.”

“Overall, I am satisfied: the prices are very affordable, the quality of the goods is generally good.Of the minuses: once I ran into stale sausage, but they changed it for me without any questions (the first time in 16 years this happened in America)The second unfortunate point is that the baked goods, chebureki, pancakes with meat are not tasty, I took it for myself to try, then threw it away (I couldn’t eat it) if you could increase the level of baking and even if there were soups (solyanka, borscht, kharcho) like in Miami , I would eat at your place every day twice, I don’t think so”
