Great Experience with Heights Canine. Facility is professional and very clean. Staff went above and beyond taking care of our four dogs. They are very prompt, polite, and professional both on the phone and in person. Will highly recommend them! Thank you again!

A place that doesn’t answer their phones. Called multiple times to try to get my dog a reservation for Friday daycare and no one answered the phones. I decide to call in the morning, no answer, then I decide to try going in the morning to see if there are any spots and I arrive at 7:02. All lights are off in the facility, no cars in the parking lot. A couple minutes later a staff member arrives. She stated I needed to call and have a reservation for Friday daycare and they are full.This isn’t the first time we have tried to get in contact with heights canine and they don’t answer their phone. There has been a time where I was in the lobby waiting to get my dog and no one would come to the front desk. I was calling the company while standing inside the lobby trying to get someone’s attention.I now know that this facility has no staff for overnight boarding. This is something I’m not comfortable with. It seems like they do not have proper staffing to run this facility.

1st time boarding my dog and it was an easy experience. It was easy and simple when dropping off. Definitely look forward to bringing my Bootz back when the time comes

This was the worst experience ever. I called in advance to schedule the stay for my 5 dogs. We had a family vacation to Atlanta planned and we were scheduled to leave early the next morning. I was told to make sure the shots were up to date which I went and did. I came in a few days early to fill out the paperwork and they were aware of what kind of dogs and the size. They said it wouldn't be a problem and they had experience with larger dogs. I rented a truck to take all the dogs to the place and once I got there the looks on everyone's face told me this was going to be a bad experience. They took the dogs to the back one by one and ended up bringing them back to the front claiming that they were too large and none of the "small" "weak" staff would be able to handle them alone. This is totally against what was told to me. This is supposed to be a professional dog boarding place and they ensured me they could handle larger dogs and were aware of their size. My 3 children and I stood in the lobby devastated when the guy and lady came back saying that the dogs couldn't stay and there was nothing that they could do. I explained to them that we had already rented travel vehicles, vacation homes and an entire week of summer vacation for my family and kids. The dogs were not rowdy or aggressive and they still said we had to leave and they wouldn't board them. This was super unprofessional and a huge inconvenience being that we wasted alot of money on the vacation we weren't able to take. They asked me where the dogs were boarded in the past and I told them that the place was booked and we weren't able to take them there which I explained to them when I first called to get them boarded. The lady looked me in my face and said "We are fully booked too and can't take them." How is that the case but they took all 5 to the back and "attempted" to board them. They were rude and very unprofessional. Do not board your dog here. Worst experience ever!!

We LOVE Heights Canine so very much. We have a very anxious dog (Choppy!) who can be reactive when out on walks on the leash to other dogs and humans. She absolutely loves Heights Canine and she is very well behaved there with the dogs and staff. The staff are so attentive and wonderful they make her feel safe and secure. She boards, goes to day care and has completed the board and train program. She has gotten SO much better!! My spouse and I say on a regular basis, "What would we do without Heights Canine?!?" I can't say enough good things.

I have an extremely friendly 2 year old GSD that I wanted to board while I was on vacation. I called to check in on how she was doing and was informed that she was just in the crate. When I asked why they said that she wanted to be in the crate and that she wasn't interested in playing with other dogs. She is very energetic and we go to our local dog park 5 days a week where she plays very nicely nonstop and never wants to leave. She also is only crated at home when in trouble, so I knew that that was not true. Additionally, I'm not sure how she would have communicated wanting to be in a crate as they claim. When I explained to them that that does not really add up for the aforementioned reasons, they just said they'd try to let her play later.Thankfully I was able to have her picked up immediately and brought to a much better facility that allowed her to play, and she didn't even want to leave at the end of her stay because she had so much fun playing with other dogs. I would highly recommend calling to check in on what your dog is doing because it's likely that you'll be paying a lot of money for your dog to be crated all day. Will not be returning.

I take my doggo there once a week for doggy day care and she absolutely loves it. Great rates with many services and friendly staff!

So a year ago I gave this facility a 5 star review, because at that time they deserved that rating.I have changed my review to a 2 star. The reason for this is that they have had a extensive turn around in staff In the last several months, and sadly they are no longer the competent dog day care facility they were.I have been a customer for over 4 years, but am no longer.I was informed last week that they can no longer “handle” my large dog, because he apparently is too energetic and strong, for the current staff of so called dog handlers working there.I have been told by the owner he is friendly and gets along well with humans as well as other dogs. The ONLY reason he can not attend day care there any longer is because he likes to push barge plow, call it whatever you want, through when a door is opened to get out.Sound absurd, yes that’s what I was told. I have since enrolled him and his brother at a different day care, asking them if this was a problem for them, explaining it the exact way I was told, I was informed they were very equipped to handle such behavior as it is very common. Shocked that this was even an issue. So in my opinion, if your dog is a model citizen and is not too large this might be a good place for you. But if they are very energetic and large, go somewhere else.I will end on a positive tho, Everyone that I have encountered at the facility in the past and present has been very friendly.

The people here are so attentive and helpful! They truly care about the dogs. They have made the process of drop off and pickup very easy during Covid, but I can't wait to see the inside once we can go in! It seems like they have a great outdoor space for the dogs to play. My dog with separation anxiety came back happy and tired out!!
