I can't remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she was just great and got 2 welcome books done so quickly. I really, really appreciated her help. She did a beautiful job. She walked me through all the options, priced everything out, gave me a small sample of the potential printing sizes and then did both books, including cutting to size and binding in about a half hour, just in time for our adoption meeting. She was so helpful on a very stressful day!
