Dogtropolis is the best! After working from home for a long time I needed to return to work and bringing my two dogs to Dogtropolis made my return easy and seamless. The staff is very knowledgeable and has taken the time to work with my shepherd who sometimes needs some extra guidance. Both of my dogs love it there and I couldn’t be happier with their daycare program. I plan to use the boarding option the next time I need to leave town as well. I can’t recommend them enough! While visiting from out of town, I needed a place for Violet to spend a few days. Dogtropolis was highly recommended by a friend, so we chose it. She had a great time. The staff is friendly and professional, and they really get to know all the dogs!

We had to board our dog for our honeymoon. It was his first time being boarded, since he usually stayed with family while we were out of town. Dogtropolis was a great place for him while we were away. Our pup had a blast every day there and when he came back home he was in a great mood and mental state. The facility was clean and all the staff were friendly and clearly loved the dogs and their jobs. I can't say how much we appreciate this place. We will definitely use this place in the future and recommend our friends there as well. Thank you Dogtropolis!

My dog has been attending this daycare since October 2021 until a few weeks ago. During this time I have spent at least 2000 dollars according to my bank records. One Saturday in September I was 15 minutes late. I have never been late before but as we all know Green road is a mess. When I arrived I was told that the fee was doubled the usual 35 because I was late. To my knowledge there are no signs posted to inform about the severe penalty for tardiness, so if this was business decision, it is certainly not a very bright one. For the insult and lack of consideration I will never patronize this business again. For 35 dollars you cut yourself off from the annual 1000 that you certainly would have made. Now that I work very near this location, I could bring him more often because I pass here on my way to work, but that won't be happening. I have to wonder if anyone else has been treated like this.

Love this place! The dogs are safe and have fun. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. My dog is a rescue and can be easily spooked, but he is fine there! I am comfortable boarding my dog or using the day care for him.

I love Dogtropolis Daycare / Boarding great caring staff, excellent service, very clean facility, safe environment and it’s good for “doggie socialization” my Jasper loves it too. Boarding is excellent and pricing is very fair. I would recommend Dogtropolis if you need daycare or boarding for your “fur babies”.

We love Dogtropolis and so does our 2.5 yr, old goldendoodle, Scarlett. The staff is wonderful - friendly, caring, and professional. They're easy to contact and very accommodating. The facility is clean, bright, and cheerful with a large indoor area that’s open for viewing and an outdoor play area as well. Scarlett comes home happy and exhausted. As first-time dog-owners, Dogtropolis has given us total peace of mind. We highly recommend them.

We have been going to DogTropolis for over a year now and our dog loves going! Everyone is so kind and friendly and they truly care about your dog and their well-being. Whenever it’s time to go to daycare, our dog becomes super excited and when he gets home he is exhausted! We love hearing about his doggy friends and what they did for the day when we pick him up. We have also boarded at DogTropolis and we know that our dog is in great hands! We truly recommend and appreciate Connie, Maddie and their whole team! They are awesome people!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dogtropolis! Everyone on staff is friendly and they really get to know their dog clients and owners. Clean, safe open play areas for the dogs. Boarding is so convenient and includes all-day play time with the dogs in the cost. Prices are very fair. Great business!

Connie and her team were so welcoming to our mini bernedoodle Nina who needed some extra attention while my husband and I spent long days at Cleveland Clinic with our daughter who was admitted there for a week of medical testing. These days could have been super stressful for our 5 month old pup, but DogTropolis helped her feel much love and have lots of dog play fun while her humans couldn’t be with her as usual.
