Some locations are better than others. I know car washes are a volume business, but I really dont get why the dry times are ridiculously short or do a really subpar job. At most of their locations, maybe 60% of my vehicle is dry and I have to get out and hand dry the rest of the way. Also putting up disclaimers saying you aren't responsible for moldings when they have been on the car for years without incident at other car washes or through every day use with absolutely no problems just reeks of poor customer service and a decided lack of accountability. Lastly, I wish they had a place where you could spray down your car mats. All in all I give them 3.5 Stars. They have a lot of room for improvement but they have a lot of locations and while it remains to be seen how long that lasts, currently the sheer amount of locations makes the unlimited plan substantially more valuable.
Edit: a few more suggestions. So many people are multicar families. Why isn't there a family plan or a discount for your unlimited plans? I would gladly pay and I suspect so would others. Just at 40 a month Each is quite steep. What about 60 a month for up to 4 cars? Or a discount for each car you add? For example I have 4 cars, 40,30, 20 ,10?
A lost and found. When people moldings fall off or something in the car washes and they don't recognize it right away, why can't you collect them so when people do come looking for them they have something to look for? You guys throw them away. Some car moldings and trim can be expensive.
Update 10.13.24 still had to hand dry the rear 3rd of car. Very disappointing. I see some locations have air stations. Hope that gets to every location.

This is the best car wash I ever been to it’s in a nice location and not that far from my house. I love how they have the car wash/ vacuum part all in one. Now I don’t have to go two separate places for two separate services. The customer service here is also excellent I would and definitely do recommend this place to any and everyone I know.

The staff is always nice and always around when I accidentally vacuum up something my son leaves in the car. Lol Thank you to the gentleman for helping and going out your way to rescue my sons sports sleeve today!

Manager at this location has a bad attitude! The manager and team at the Eastlake location is so much nicer! They greet you with smiles and always happy to assist. This location is always so hectic and everyone looks irritated and the manager is very snippy. He can take a note or 2 from the team at Eastlake.

I love this car wash. Has an amazing indoor vacuum section. The downfall to that is that the lighting is not very good and doesn't allow proper visibility to see what you are vacuuming.
