The young bank teller helped me pay my credit card bill he was helpful I forgot his name. Shout out to him though my bank account wasn’t working for some odd reason. He’s a boss fasho and the building is always clean when I enter and they greet me with a hello and a smile. It’s been chill.

Bank refused to give out change to a long time Chase customer. Told location was already closed. All that was needed was some 5's & 10's. Horrible location, manager of the branch should be ashamed. 0 stars.

A customer representative woman just walked around, not being helpful. I was waiting there for a while and then asked her for the service. She has the attitude. She said it was 4:30 pm and the bank closes at 5. She asked me to come back another time. Never want to come back again.

If I could give this branch a zero I would. Standing here waiting for the manager to do her job. She has been on the phone with her boss the while time while there is no cash available for patrons. I pay her paycheck as a longtime depositor so I would look for a better response. All I need are $1 bills. Doesn’t a bank usually serve this purpose? To give money out of your account? Clearly she has better ideas of how to spend her time.

Maybe the nicest bank I've ever seen. Very modern design. There are a number of security features at the window, such as the pass-through box. Very nice staff, treat you like royalty. Booths and ambiance very nice. Highly recommend this branch, which is also in a great location for businesses and residents alike.
