I have used this location for multiple car repairs from fender benders to buffing out scratches. I always tell my insurance company this is who I want to repair my car. Their staff is exceptional, quotes are fair and honest, and the quality of the work is superb. Ask for Ryan!

Not a place to get an estimate or work done quickly. When dealing with an out of insurance estimate that needs to be done in a timely manner, you will not find that at Caliber Collision. 13 calendar days for an estimate is a joke! Guess they don't need business that bad right now.

I had a minor run in with a deer and my car had some damage . I was planning on using another body shop that I have been to before and had been happy with their service .. However , caliber was on the list of places my insurance company recommended. I decided to give them a call and boy I am so glad I did !! Everyone at caliber from the girls in the office to Cord, Lee and the team who fixed my vehicle are AMAZING! Everyone was super friendly and very welcoming ! I was updated weekly about the status of my repairs so I never had to wonder ! I received my vehicle back sooner than expected and it looks GREAT! Thank you Caliber Collision team ! Hoping I won't need you much but if I do I will for sure be back

Unfortunately, I have had to use them 3 or 4 times. Their salesman Ben has been terrific. The pricing has been reasonable and my car looked as good as new. Hopefully, I won't need them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them.

Our Chevy Equinox had a huge dent in the rear of our Car. A fender bender. We brought our car in for repair on a Monday & by Thursday afternoon it was complete.It looked brand new. Caliber did an amazing job with my vehicle. This was my first experience with Caliber, Riley my estimator and repair consultant was amazing. She provided and fast and accurate estimate and did a great job keeping me informed through the repair process. I would highly recommend the South Euclid location and be sure to ask for Riley!
