? NO PUBLIC RESTROOM! ?
As somebody who replies on public restrooms during her entire work day, it is frustrating when I stop by a gas station and there is not a public restroom. In fact this place was very cramped and small on the inside. I do not give my business to gas stations that don't offer a restroom.

Worst experience ever at a gas station. Paid for gas inside with my credit card. Pump wasn't working &no sign posted. Clerk was rude& said there was nothing he could do. Said I had to wait weeks for a refund. Well I was on Empty and no more money! A lady gave me $5. Will Never go to this station again. Pump shoulda had sign posted on it!!!

I'm a frequent early morning customer and must complement Iris & Gary behind the counter. Both of them start my morning off on the right foot with friendly banter and acknowledgement. What more can you as for?

The older black female that is the Cashier at 6:00 a.m. is very rude and unfriendly. I noticed that when ever I order something from the hot table she rolls her eyes like I am bothering her. Her personality for this type of position should be friendly and greeting and not mean and nasty. She gives the impression that she is doing me a favor by waiting on me, which It is just the opposite I am doing her favor by patronizing this establishment.

This is hands down the worst BP gas station in North East Ohio. It took 6 consecutive visits with terrible customer service for me to finally write this review. The staff does a good job of alienating the customer and making them feel like patronage is a giant inconvenience. Basic manners and common courtesy; ( Hello, How are you?, Is there anything else I can get for you? Thank you, and Please come again), totally elude all of the clerks that are employed here. The coffee station is filthy, dirty stains on counter top, empty coffee pots sitting on the warmer plate, and crusty visible build up on all of the nozzles that dispense the coffee. I would save your time and skip over this BP gas station, or just pay at the pump if it is an emergency.
