“Great curtomer service, most of these low ratings come from individuals that were disrespectful to the bankers and tellers and said banker and tellers stood their ground and don't allow customers to bully them. Why cuss a teller out because they asked for your I.D. to do a transaction the are doing their job to protect you, seriously people grow up. Good job University staff you guys are great.P.S.Huntington look on both sides of customer and your employees in regard to reviews. Some of the customers strictly acting on malice to hurt other with no care of how it may effect them. Please be a good bank and employeer and protect your employees for customer bullying.”
