Dave has earned a customer for life. If I could give 10 stars I would. I called for a tow today because my 2009 Ford Ranger quit out of no where while I was driving on Elyria Ave. I found this company because of the tow and repair option in Google Maps. Truck had a plow on it so wasn't sure how it would work out. Dave got me running over the phone which saved me time, money, and frost bite;-). Still planning on stopping up and getting it checked out but just from this experience I view Dave as very honest and knowledgeable. He could've just had me wait and charge me for a tow and who knows what else. Turns out you should not leave a bowling ball free to roll on the passenger floor. Thanks Dave see you soon!

Had my truck towed because it wouldn't start. I was told that I needed a new battery, 1 coil, and 1 spark plug. All this was done and a diagnostic reading for 672.59. When I go get my truck it wouldn't start. I go inside and tell him my truck won't start. The guy comes out tried to start it. Wouldn't start. He pops the hood and started it from under the hood. So now my truck is doing the same thing it did for me to get it towed. I probably didn't even need a battery. They charged me 224 for a battery. I'm trying to figure out if they did this to me because I'm black or because I have michigan license plates. Well at least he showed me how to start my truck with a screwdriver. Now my check engine light is back on. Talking about getting robbed. This place is horrible. I did not have 700 to just give away. It took me about 10 days to get that money.

I was stuck on the turnpike and even though they aren't authorized to help motorists there, Vaughn's went out of their way to make phone calls to make sure I got the assistance I needed. That level of kindness to a stranger,knowing they wouldn't get any financial gain from helping me shows what a good and honest place this is to

I only trust Dave with my repairs. He's honest and will not put junk on your car. I'm always impressed when a mechanic uses the right tools on a job! Even if it's putting lug nuts back on your vehicle. They use a torque wrench to set the manufactures exact specifications and not just blast them on with an impact wrench. A+ work in my book!

My front tires were switched with old balding ones. I had four matching tire but when I got my car back the front two tires were a different brand.

Excellent customer service, promptness, and professional! Had a set of keys locked in a running car during the recent winter storm and they were out within 30 minutes and got the car open. From the dispatch to the driver who opened the door they were polite and helpful. I would highly recommend!
