So I’d like to write an honest review about my experience.I set an appointment for my date and time weeks ahead of time. Put a 700.00 dollar down payment (I know it’s not a lot of money but at the same time it IS a lot of money) to make sure that I secure the appointment and parts. On the day I was supposed to get my truck worked on, get my truck there early so the entire family doesn’t have to take off work to drop off/ pick up. Employees stated it should be done by the end of the day. I stayed home from work just in case….At the end of the day, go to pick up my vehicle and it looks like it hasn’t even been moved. Looked underneath the vehicle, nothing has been done to the vehicle AT ALL!!!!! No one from the business called to tell me anything all day. Speak with employees and they are indifferent, they just shrug it off and say they were busy. And I get it, people get busy all the time…BUT at least call and tell me my VEHICLE is not going to be done by the end of the day…OH and it’s Friday. So they weren’t going to work on it over the weekend….so I’m not sure what there intentions were if they were just going to keep it over the weekend or what. Needless to say, I’m disappointed in the customer service and shocked by the indifference that was shown. I will not be going back again! ??

It was a good experience to do business with John. I went for hitch installation for my 2017 Honda Pilot and he installed it for reasonable price.

I was in desperate need of someone with a torch to heat up my trailer hitch so I could switch to a bigger size they stopped what they was doing open the back door and heated up my trailer hitch for me and helped install the new ball. Just wonderful people

Mild to Wild was recommended to me and I’m so glad they were. I had no clue what I was expecting or wanting really for Rims and Tire. I just knew I wanted Bigger Tires and Red Rims. John and Diane were so nice and personable. I found the Rims and Tires I wanted and love them. Definitely recommend anyone looking for Tires or Rims to check them out

Great prices and super service. Helped me out trying to find the parts I was looking for. Suppliers and most places online were out of stock of what I needed. I was able to locate parts through a third party and mild to wild put them on for me without hesitation and still for a more than fair price. Highly recommend them.
