Wonderful service! Blew a trailer tire on the side of the highway and he arrived within 10 minutes of calling. He got it fixed in not even 5 minutes. So nice to know there are good people there to help when it's needed. Thank you!

Jerry is a very reliable down to earth people person. I met him in 2018 when I was in an automobile accident, and haven't used any other tow service since. He's very accommodating, has great customer service skills, and is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. If he can help you right now then he will, he doesn't put you off like other companies or treat you like you are just a number. Thanks Jerry for always being there to help us with all of our towing needs.

Jerry is our HERO!!! He came out on a Friday at 4:30 and worked on his back under our RV for over 4 hours. He did it all smiling and laughing the whole time. Highly recommend Lanes if you have a problem in middle Ohio!
