The racial profiling at this store is unacceptable! I have complained but it keeps continuing. My last visit, I was overtly observed by several (more than 2) staff members. This is insane to me because my family does not steal and I am blessed to make a good wage! I should not and will not change where I shop because this store has inadequate measures to track theft! Assumptions are biased, dangerous, and unacceptable. The management team at this store definitely needs to be thoroughly trained and held accountable on how to properly implement effective theft/loss prevention procedures in this store.

Third in line at the drive-through window. Finally pulled away when I still wasn't greeted after sitting in line over 20 minutes. I was at the window for at least 10 of those while they were helping a customer inside the store. I could see waiting if the line had been longer, but being third line, I didn't think it would be that bad. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

I echo other reviews, this USED TO BE a great pharmacy and store, in the past few months I have waited anywhere from 2-5 days for a common prescription to be filled. It was convenient to just pop through the drive up to grab it on my way home, but I just transferred all my scripts to Giant Eagle a little bit out of the way which is ok for better service and realistic pick up timeframe (and I can grab some smoky poblano soup). Unbelievable that a pharmacy can't get your meds in a timely manner, I have go to a grocery store.

It used to be a very good pharmacy. Pharmacist always was excellent. Staff always was great. Not anymore. September 19 around 3/4pm I was waiting to pickup my only 1 medication 40 min. I am going to change pharmacy.

I called to schedule a PCR Covid test. Waited on hold for 5 minutes and then was told they did the test but I have to schedule on-linne. Do so, got two confirmation emails, showed up the next morning and was told the store was out of tests. I asked why they couldn’t have told me when I called the store or why they allowed me to schedule appointment, receive confirmations and confirm when they had no tests. “We are sorry” was all I got. Terrible service

Yet again not open when not only google says it will be but also clearly posted on their door! Also the bald guy working in the pharmacy should no longer have a job from the last two experiences last week! So to combine all three visits this is the worst Walgreens around the entire area from Cleveland to Niles ! Avoid it !

I am black. Norman (a manager) and his henchmen always watch me like I am a thief. I am not a thief. He is black but he allows his own (other black people) to be consistently put under surveillance. Insulting, ridiculous, and disrespectful!!!

I print passport-size photos online and am surprised to see they dont cut passport-size photos unless you use their passport photo service.Very disappointed.Go to CVS instead, they are very prompt and helpful.

In line now 30 minutes at drive thru pharmacy sitting in front of window 15 of which and never even acknowledged. The worst customer service ever experienced!

The pharmacy is impossible to contact by phone. They sent me to another pharmacy to pickup an out-of-stock item, but would not make any arrangements for the pick up.

We'll never frequent this location again, Was very poorly stocked and even poorer customer service, Had to legitimately ask the cashier for my receipt as she was about to keep it when I keep all of that stuff for tax purposes. Is the store was a headache from start to finish and I suggest that the management gets on their staff members about keeping those shelves adequately filled with merchandise if they actually want to make any sales.
