“I typed a bunch.I accidentally cleared it.I was guilted & pressured & put on the spot to make a good review as she sat & watched me.So I’ll leave it at this…Jada spoke to me like I was delusional, a child & like she knows better than me.When I hear something needs a repair, I know it needs one.Even if I hear the slightest scrape, I know what I hear.When it’s a very loud engine, something isn’t right.& you don’t get to tell me I don’t hear it.You don’t get to openly attempt to embarrass me.You don’t get to throw your arms up at me when I get anxious over getting a car I am putting about 5+ years into a commitment with & spending $20,000.I ended up getting the car with the really small scrape.& guess what?I’m not delusional, Jada.The car is shaking braking at over 40MPH.I told you I drive around autistic men every day & you spoke to me as if my concern for safety was “overrated”.& then when I sign for the car, she doesn’t explain GAP beforehand so when she shoved $120 extra in my face a month & I get blindsided & anxious over more money than was originally told about, she gave me this long, blank stare.I shouldn’t have been caught off guard.She should have explained it before the fact.I would have done so much better with the guy that was originally supposed to help me.Love the car, because I am the one that chose it.Didn’t love the experience.I already had an extremely rough day & a long process to drive 2 hours up to Cleveland for this after work & another 2 hour drive back down to go to another shift immediately.I could have just picked a car from down here.I didn’t HAVE to choose my business there.I could have drove another direction.She needs sensitivity training or anger management or just training in general.I understand she wasn’t feeling the best herself, but if this is the approach you take to make money & get that commission- she doesn’t need as big of a cut she’s getting.Do better, Jada.& it would have been way smarter to have not pressured me into the review before we continued.Because now that the “non-existent scrape” exists- I will have my car in the shop all day tomorrow & have no way around to work & my appointment, unless I have $400 on hand to get a reimbursement on a rental.I won’t have a car, when I got a car because I needed a car, because of something that I told you was there.Who’s delusional now?The 2 guys that were working at the time were kind, obviously professional, people.I do enjoy the car.I am grateful for the warranty.I do not appreciate how Jada responds to her customers.The 4 stars are for the 2 guys & the car.The -1 star is for Jada.My review before this was BEAUTIFUL.One of the best reviews you would have ever received.Now you can see what a bad review looks like.”

“I called interested in a car and Brian sent me photos of the car from his pov, showed any little flaw and was very honest about the car. It was a 5 hour car ride from me so I didn’t want to get there with any surprises and he made sure I knew any little thing I could about the car. I would drive 5 hours again just to do business with him again. He called the next day to make sure we made it home alright also, which really says a lot about him and the company. “I've been car shopping since a deer totaled mine, a month ago. After some reluctant thinking I expanded my search Nationwide due to slim pickings. I knew I wanted my next vehicle to essentially be my dream car; and I found her, exactly 2,499 miles away! I reached out and was contacted by a woman named Allyson Kappenhagen who was so awesome to work with! I explained to her my concerns with buying site unseen. She recommended I have the car thoroughly inspected since I couldn't do it myself. I used LemonSquad and it was the best decision I've ever made. Three days later, the paperwork was completed and the car was all mine. Allyson was prompt and very communicative and I really appreciated that given that I'm on the opposite side of the country; I had to give her my complete trust in this whole process and 1000/10 Highly Recommend. Because of this experience I will absolutely be willing to buy another car site unseen, again.”
“This review is for Brian at Lease Car Sales Inc at 4509 Renaissance Parkway in Warrensville Heights. The 2010 Honda Fit and the buying experience was everything we needed. Brian was very busy but still quickly got a plate on the car so we could test drive it before we even asked for a test drive. There was plenty of gas and no restrictions on where we could take it. Receipts were provided for the work done to get the car ready for sale. A CarFax was also provided. A very pleasant surprise from the CarFax was that it had spent all of its life in the south. A rust free 12 year old car is a real bonus in this rustbelt area. The help in finding financing was painless and appreciated. We weren't spending or financing a large amount but were still treated as valued customers. Thanks Brian for making this purchase a pleasant experience.”
