Te employees were very friendly! From when I entered, to when I wanted to try on and answering my questions. I didn’t feel inferior at all which I tend to feel when I go into public these days. I truly felt they were there FOR me, even though I wasn’t the only one in the store. And when checking out, the sales associate made eye contact and addressed me by name! Made me feel valued and I will definitely be back!

Cant say enough good things about both the store and the staff. Professional but warm and kind at the same time - and you can always find something unique and fun! Love the ability to shop in store as well as through their facebook live videos!

I had a wonderful shopping experience. All of the associates were very helpful and kind. I felt very confident and welcomed. Shelly is a fabulous sales associate and was so sweet! Her and Alice were super helpful while I was trying on and gave me gorgeous dresses. I loved the environment and luxury items the store provided. I will definitely be back to UpScalelT!

Really enjoy shopping at UpScaleIT! - I recently left a few items there for consignment. About a week later, I called to ask a few questions and the person I spoke with was very rude, sarcastic and condescending, and kept cutting me off as I spoke. I believe her name was "Shelly". To the owner: Unfortunately Shelly will be the reason I will not be back to shop or do business with your boutique. You may want to send Shelly for more customer service training."

I always have and incredible experience at UpScaleIT!! The staff is so kind and helpful. They have some of the most unique pieces and there is something for everyone, you just have to love the hunt! Would definitely recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience shopping at UpScaleIt Consignment store in Solon. The merchandise is beyond fabulous. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My shopping experience was great and I love everything I bought at this beautiful store

Owner (I think?) was…. rude ??♀️ I came in to inquire about selling and ended up deciding not to. The owner made sure to let me know that the other places I’ve been to are “not real consignment shops like this one is” and she was not pleasant about it. Staff seemed bothered to have anyone in the store. I was genuinely curious about the place and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Would never go back. Twila’s in Twinsburg is a great alternative!!

Best consignment shop ever! Staff are so friendly and sweet, and the selection is amazing. From sizes and brands, it’s very inclusive. They have Gucci and Chanel, but also lower end items like Kate spade or Vince. Amazing!

I love Upscale, their clothing isalways unique n stylish, Alice knows how to pick out the clothes, bags, and etc that we all admire...they are innovative with all that they do, and the women that work there Amanda and the others are sweet and helpful....
