Updated: They finally responded and provided a satisfactory response. They will ship part of the order now. No timeline for the rest of the order. Will update accordingly. I placed an order for my daughters Soccer Jersey/gear beginning of July, its mid September . Soccer Season is almost over.

Uniform took 10 weeks to ship and will not be able to be used in the regular season. The practice jersey was delivered with a stain. If you need a vendor to deliver in the same season, there are probably better choices than this vendor.

I ordered three items in an effort to support Jonathan Isaac, the OrlandoMagic basketball player who started a company with a very similar name. I thought I was order from his company. I was shocked when I went to the website and saw a large print message that this company had no affiliation with him. I immediately initiated a return request as the order was placed by mistake. On top of that two of the three products were not sized properly.Needless to say the company refused my request stating that all sales are final, with no consideration for the confusion over any perceived connection to the NBA player Isaac.I would suggest in the strongest terms that no one do business with a company that won’t back up their products or work with their customers.Ver disappointing.R Keyes

UN1TUS has been a great company to work with from my experience as a club administrator. They respond quickly and are helpful with sending sizing kits for families to try on prior to purchase. Tony is friendly, approachable and great at making things right if a product is defective and has a quick turnaround for a replacement. Personally, my kids love when their UN1TUS apparel arrives in their team bag...brings a huge smile to their faces!
