I was a loyal client at Trio Salon for 10 years or more. Last year, Ashley abruptly “fired” me because of a physical disability that has progressed over the years. I suffered a brain injury that compromised my balance and caused tremors. I received a text on my way home telling me that we should go our separate ways after an appointment where I was struggling to stay still. I always felt great after getting my hair done, and was devastated to find out Ashley didn’t want me as her client. As anyone can imagine, finding a new stylist is a big deal, and Ashley wouldn’t even recommend someone. My texts (2) went unanswered. As a disabled person, I was surprised that your website mentions disability accessibility accommodations, but stylists can discriminate against people who struggle with health issues.LeeAnne Sipple

I've been coming here to get my hair cut since my hairdresser moved here several years ago. They all rent their own chairs and set their own prices. I've been going to Jennie since I was in high school (maybe longer). The price is better than I can find elsewhere. It's really hard to find someone good to cut your hair for a reasonable price. I've always been happy with my haircuts. Jennie has doesn't take any new customers right now, but you may be able to get an appointment with someone else there. I now live 8 hours away and Jennie is still my only hairdresser. I come when I'm visiting my parents a couple of times a year. I would definitely recommend it!

Jennie Bais is phenomenal. She listens to exactly what her customers want and works hard to please them. She has been doing my hair for many years and never have I been disappointed. Beyond her professional expertise, she is always cheerful and kind.
