I used Taylor’s fine jewelry to reset a Diamond and repair a broken ring and had an excellent experience. Tom was very patient with my process, was helpful in educating me on aspects of fine jewelry I should know, and provided quick and easy service. I highly recommend this shop!

Going to this guy is like going to a pawn shop! The owner is rude, can't even put a a clasp on a some jewelry!! Far from a real jewelry!! Even as far as the say he doesn't pay taxes!

Not going to go into a great deal of detail on here but from my experience of trying to sell them some sterling silver they tell you they pay 93% of spot metal prices but what they offered was more like 40%. Owner was very nice but when questioned about his pricing he became a tad bit defensive. My suggestion is sell elsewhere.

This place ruined my ring, and took no responsibility for doing so. Also the owner called and harassed my husband and I. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had, and we paid for this horrible service. Don't waste your time and money.
