“Heinen’s is one of the best local grocery stores you’ll ever find. Lots of locally sourced foods, lots of quality and wholesome ingredients, all at more affordable prices compared to the bigger chain stores. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and my kids enjoy getting a free cookie at the bakery! And the twinsburg Heinen’s is one of my top favorite Heinen’s to visit, because of how nice, cohesive, and organized the store is. May be weird it’s a reason I will never move away, but having a grocery store like Heinen’s close by is for sure a game changer!”
“It's probably the best place to shop on the Cleveland area. Great produce, great staff, great quality on everything. Look for their 'member discounts' and you can get a great price on things as well.”
“Recently I left my wallet and sunglasses in the cart and the customer service personnel called me. Thank goodness I am a tasteful rewards member. “The store is great overall. They have a nice selection of different food and household items.
My only minor complaint is that there are usually not enough registers open during peak times. I adjust the times I shop to avoid a crowd or long lines but around holidays and weekends, this cannot be avoided.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Update: Found the first rude worker, Rashawna. Barely mumbled good morning to me, dropped my receipt on the ground, was focused on everything but checking me out. It takes years to get a customer and much less to lose them.”

“Absolutely love this location and the staff! The wine tasting area is such a great touch and I love the seating to be able to enjoy a glass and whatever I feel like purchasing to eat that day. The cafe style eatery is so convenient for when I don't feel like cooking. I would love to see some wine tasting events to be held here - would definitely attend!”

“I've been coming to this particular Heinen's for 4 years, been a Heinen's shopper in general for twenty plus years. Today I stopped in for some supplements and something occurred to me - any time I am looking for something throughout the store, the only department where someone asks if I need help, is the wellness department. No other employees even say hello or speak to you, just the wellness department. This is true of every Heinen's I've been to. While I am not complaining, perhaps the rest of the store could learn from this.”

“Everything is always so good! If you have a small gathering, they have a lot of excellent small bites in their frozen section. I bought sushi this week - delicious/nice size portion! The individual burgers are fabulous - after grilling these, you will never buy anything else!”

“I typically only go to Costco for a few things I love.Coffee~Kirtland k cups, the seasonal pumpkin pie, cheesecake, Pho, roasted chicken, turkey pot pie.Today the cheesecake looked odd. Like it wasn't finished. Also almost everyone had an earth quake crack on top. Please don't ruin this beautiful, tasty bargain. It's one reason I got a membership. It has always been a crowd pleaser.Also the burgers in meat department no longer taste as good. I don't buy them anymore for that reason.Giving up letting us use Discover after mid November 2023 is also a big disappointment.Ok I'm done.”

“Great customer service! I recently went there and had an issue with my order and it was 3 representatives there that had to resolve the issue. All 3 women were very professional. The cashier, floor manager, and customer service representative. Also, there is a male cashier that always have great positive energy every time I go there. They all represented well for the African American community in a public setting. This experience really warmed my heart!”
“A great shopping experience! Grocery stores are all pretty much the same, except for product freshness and customer service. This store had both categories 10/10. We couldn’t find an obscure item and an employee noticed our searching and tracked it down for us all the while thanking us for shopping there. Definitely recommend!”
“Somehow this place is bigger on the inside and has a really surprisingly good selection of everything from reasonably priced canned goods to seemingly the full line of Bob's Red Mill bougie grains. Prices are excellent. I'm here multiple times a week since it's right around the corner. The staff vary from indifferent to very friendly but no one has ever been negative or rude. Sometimes it's short staffed and the lines get long, but that's true of everywhere these days.”

“I like Aldi's, sometimes produce items are out of stock but if you stop back a couple days later it's restocked. But if there is a non-food item you like, buy it when you see it because it probably won't be there when you go back. Go in, grab a box (or bring your recycle bags), fill it up and check out. Simple as that.”
