Places like this that is a slap in the face to truck drivers.. 1st before you even get backed in you are told when you are empty you have to leave immediately and there is plenty of area to park and not be in the way. 2nd the restroom in the check in area has a sign posted associates use only.. After January that will have to be changed thanks to Congress. It's Iike the Truckers are the villain but they want their freight to be delivered. I wonder how that will happen without us?

Try being a customer my wife owns a bar ran out of coors light over a week ago used to $150 min no problem we probably order $250 every 2 weeks since Covid but nope we only get a delivery once a month Miller brewery has a hell of a chance make a better product or work something out with twisted tea because I’ve ran out of that also but do you think they would add a delivery no but there truck is literally next door

The purpose of this comment is to bring well deserved recognition and pass on our gratitude for our driver Justin K #716. We deal with several distributors and therefore several delivery drivers. Justin is prompt, courteous, and highly efficient. He is the only driver we have that checks for empty kegs without being asked, he is conscientious with our bar cooler and liquor room by putting items out of the path, with other like items, ensuring that the cooler door can fully close. I greatly appreciate Justin's consideration to safety while maintaining efficiency. He is warm and friendly, yet professional and makes us feel like a VIP client. He is knowledgeable and adequately answers any question we have. We know he's busy, but we never feel rushed or like just another customer. I'd give 5 stars but they don't have a restroom... other then that, big easy lot to maneuver in. Stop at guard shack on the way in, he'll have you break your seal and give it to him, then he'll call in and get you a door number. Sliding your tandems to the rear is a must here!!! After you back into the dock you gotta walk your BOL's to receiving. Once finished drive or walk back to receiving to pick up your signed bills. No parking on lot after your unloaded and no overnight

Slow to unload, showed up a tad b4 appointment and took 3 hrs to git unloaded. They have restroom in waiting area of check in office but wont allow drivers to use it.

If you are coming here to delivery or pickup, sorry bro, but you’re in a big trouble. They’re very friendly, but VERY VERY slow! You will lose the next pickup, and they will do absolutely nothing to hurry your load. I came here to delivery 10:00 am… they did not finish my delivery yet (now is 14:30). The owner of this company should be ashamed of doing this kind of work. Never anymore in my life. And I’ll put this company on a blacklist from drivers.

Superior beverage group? More like inferior beverage group! I rented a keg and upon return, they refused to give me over half of my deposit back. Everyone I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending towards me, including calling my address “suspicious”. After fighting with them multiple days over the phone and threatening a small claims case, they finally returned my money. Guess we know who was in the wrong. Save your time and frustration and take your business elsewhere!
