The owner/manager kept asking me to wait because she took in people right before my appointment. Throughout the appointment, she kept getting up and then RUSHED through mine. Why are you mad when I was there already 50 minutes and rushed through a pedi for another appointment. The experience sucked. I should have waited for the place across the street who so the eyebrows.

I had the worst nail experience today , the owner messed up my nails and still charged me and then she refused to wax my eyebrows because I asked her to fix the nails the she had smudge the polish on, but she did another clients eyebrows after I left the nail salon.

Dirty facility. None of the instruments were sanitized. The lady who was doing nail couldn't see well somehow so my cuticles were not cleans where I had to correct it. I kept pointing what needs to be fixed and manager tried to fix it which wasn't ideal. Waste of my time. I don't think I want to go back here

Consistently great service, very sweet employees, and the prices are very reasonable. We always have a great time, especially now that Kathy runs the salon fully with her sister. It's our go-to place!

If possible I would give this place negative stars for customer service. Me and my daughter went for me to get a pedicure and for her to get acrylics. We were only 10 minutes late due to an accident and we called ahead and she said it was no problem. When we got there the place was booked, they had more people than workers meaning they overbooked. I had to wait 20 minutes while my daughter had to wait 35 minutes. When they finally got the time to start my daughters nails they started blaming her saying that us being late was the reason as to why they were behind. She claimed that our appointment was at 5:00 and we arrived at 5:40 when in reality our appointment was at 5:30 and we arrived at 5:40. My daughter tried to explain this to her but the owner continued to blame her 4-5 times saying that she was the reason they were behind, again they were the ones who over booked. There were only 3 nails techs and one of them only knew how to do pedicures. When it was time for my daughter to pick a nail color she asked if she could come to me for help on what color she should get and she told my daughter to hurry up. Also, my daughter kept telling the nail tech that she wanted this shade of pink but the nail tech kept telling her no. After we left and my daughter told me how she was getting blamed, I called them and told them how that wasn’t okay and she just kept on denying it. During this, there was also another girl sitting next to my daughter who kept telling her nails tech that she wanted a specific design but the nail tech kept telling her no and insisting she get a “pink and white ombré”. I wanted to mention this because the same thing happened to my daughter back in February with the same nail tech. My daughter showed the nail tech what she wanted but she just kept on saying no and insisting she get a “pink white ombré” and no matter how many times my daughter said no she just kept on insisting so my daughter finally caved in. And another problem I faced with my pedicure the last time I went is that they made the acrylic on my toe extremely thick, I asked her to fix it and she kept on saying “oh no it’s fine it’s fine” I wasn’t going to go to them this time but I had no choice because this was the only salon available and my daughter had her homecoming. Moral of the story is that each time I’ve gone I have not had a good experience especially with their service, they will rush you, they won’t listen to you. All they way is your money.

No idea how anybody gives us more than one star. I was in from out of town and was grateful they could squeeze me in for a pedicure until I got the absolute worst pedicure of my life, she cut three of my toes with her drill, and had me out the door with a gel pedicure in 25 minutes. Then she charges me $60 and says it’s 55 and five dollars tax. Not that .60 is a big deal, it’s the fact that they overcharge tax at all as tax is 8%. No receipt offered since I paid cash .Service: Pedicure

Just came in town for a wedding. The pedicure was good but she didn’t clean under my toenails and when paying cash they charge taxes.
