I've used them at their last facility in Solon and just stopped by for an estimate at the new place. They made it look like the damage was never there on my car before and I'm sure I'll have them fix it again this time.

They worked on my car after I was rear-ended. It looks like it never happened! They worked with the insurance company of the people who hit me and got everything handled.

Everyone was pleasant and polite. They keep you updated on any changes to the original estimates. No surprises. Overall a non complicated experience. Car looked great when I picked it up.

From start to finish, the experience was seemless! I was promptly greeted by Valerie with a smile. Malcom took a look the damage and a very reasonable quote was emailed to me. The scheduling was fast and the repair was done ahead of schedule! The staff is very warm and friendly ... the workmanship is impeccable!! Will definately recommend to others!
