I had a problem with a recent purchase, and the problem was resolved by a defective part being replaced. Since then I have purchased another item with no problems, it was delivered and is in use. Great people.

It was good overall I especially liked that the ordering program accepted my email address. Some other places tell me that it is not a valid email and I don't know why. The pellets scope and oil I ordered came fairly quickly even with standard shipping.

Service was very good on this order: However, the Hatsan Airtact has a number of issues. I ordered this for a neighbor of mine. I had ordered one for myself from Airgun Depot and it has no issues, and is really quite good for an affordable gun. He liked my gun and asked me if I would order him one, but from Pyramid, as he has done business with you before. This one appears to have been a return, as it wasn't in a plastic sleeve, and was missing the user manual. In addition, the trigger mechanism is quite questionable. Sometimes it has travel, and sometimes it doesn't, then is hard to pull, and not. In addition to these problems, the rear open sight won't adjust correctly. It is either shooting too high, or too low he said, has run out of adjustment and is far as it will go. It appears to me, the rear sight may have been installed wrong. At any rate, he, in his 70's, and I, in mine too. Both have been airgunning and fixing air guns for more than 50 years, so we are not novices. He worked in an airgun shop with anschutz, beeman, and weirach. I worked at the time with weirach, and mostly crosman, and still do some limited work, mostly crosman repairs as a side deal. What do you want me to do about this air rifle? I have never had to return any air rifle, ever. He doesn't do computers, that's why he had me order it. He has brought it back to me to take care of whatever you will do about it. He was NOT happy. I just bought the Airtact because I wanted a .25 cal. to try, without putting out a lot of cash. In my case, I'm happy. No problems with the one I got. Please advise. thank you, John Salmons.

Ordered an air rifle via their Amazon site, paid 29 extra dollars for expedited shipping, in order to have the rifle on Monday. Monday comes around, there is no shipping info. I called Amazon, they tell me it shows expedited shipping, but no tracking info. I reach out to the seller (these half-wits) and I am told, "Amazon said it needs to arrive between Tuesday and Friday". They had no actual resolution for my problem, and Tuesday is now, and guess what still hasn't shipped?! My item!!
Wouldn't you think if someone paid extra for expedited shipping, and then had a complaint about that item not being shipped yet, that you would ship it!?
This place is a joke, and they have no hospitality whatsoever. I imagine I will see my item on Friday, regardless of paying extra.
I will use Utah AirGuns ONLY from now on.

As always Pyramyd Air always has just what I am looking for at just the right price. Only thing that would make things any better would be a lower purchase price before the free shipping kicks in. I don't always want to spend a bunch of money, but I might need some CO2 or some pellets instead of gun. Thanks one way or the other Pyramid Air.
Over the years I have purchased I believe somewhere around half of my airguns and accessories from Pyramyd Air, now that doesn't sound like alot until I tell you I own a few dozen airguns. I have purchased from thirty dollars to over thousand dollar guns from Pyramyd Air. So trust me when I tell you Pyramyd Air is most definitely a great place to purchased airguns. Their Customer Service is absolutely 100 percent. What I mean by that is hundred percent of the time they handle whatever it takes to make the customer happy. They have never treated me badly even when I was wrong. Completely fair and honest, that is very hard to find these days. I have had just few issues in like fifteen years and every single one was taken care of above what was needed. Dam I sound like they are paying me to say this lol, I wish. I don't have to say it, if your into airguns and have spent hours going through Pyramyd Air's site looking at pictures of guns and than comparing specifications of each gun to the other. You know you love Pyramyd Air, stop wasting your time reading my review and start browsing some of the new stuff out. Anyone check out that Velox yet lol?
Quick update, after lots of back and forth about getting a .25 caliber Hatsan Velox I did it. When it first hit the market people were saying it had some issues, like multiple shots on one trigger pull, tight magazines, and heavy trigger pull. I put myself back on Pyramyd Air's wait list as they were out of all models of the Velox for a pretty long period of time. Some people once again said it was because Hatsan was fixing the problems, but nobody really knows why. Then it came to me, Pyramyd Air offers some services at check out time and they for a very small fee will test out your gun for you. I have used this before and it really puts my mind at ease knowing that all is good with my gun before I have ever pulled the trigger. I have never had anything come up during these tests, I account for that by figuring Pyramyd Air is not about to sell me a gun that I would have to just turn around and send back to them for repair. So either they just go ahead and take care of things before they send it to you or I have just been super lucky, either way I don't care as long as the gun I buy works like it should. I just wish I would remember to get the services they offer before I buy every time I buy from them. Oh the Velox shoots great with no leaks, a sweet trigger, and an accurately shooting gun with every pull of the trigger. As I have always said Pyramyd Air is there to take care of you whatever it takes. Time to sling some lead.

My Crossman Benjamin 22 Nitro Piston pellet gun has been an excellent shooter and great for snake control at our camp. However the Nitro Piston failed and we have no local service centre in our area. I watched a You Tube video on how to change the piston and ordered one from Pyramid. It came in less than a week to Northern Ontario. I was able to change the part myself in about 20 minutes. Very pleased with the fast shipment from Pyramid.
