We have been with Primrose for nearly 4 years. We could not be happier. All of the staff are incredible and caring. Our kids are well cared for and receive an excellent education.

The staff at Primrose is amazing. Every teacher my three year old has had has cared about her and she’s learned and developed exponentially since starting there at 15 months old. My younger daughter started at 5.5 months, and went on an eating strike and wouldn’t sleep, her teacher had her feeling comfortable after a week! And even the director and front office staff pitched in to give her special attention and quiet places to help get her to eat. They are wonderful people and I know my girls are safe, enjoying themselves, and learning something when I leave them there in the morning. I’m so grateful for that as an anxious parent. ☺️

The childcare taker who is responsible for the safety and well being of my son should be fired and investigated for negligence and neglect. This place has failed to fill out multiple incident reports and also failed to contact the parents when an incident occurred. I cannot explain how much anger and frustration this places caused us not to mention the physical and psychological harm my son endured. This place should be shut down immediately and reported to the department of health and education.The excuses I got from his care taker was either I was not there or I didn’t see it happen. These are unacceptable answers to any parent and I urge you to think twice before sending your child to these incompetent people. Don’t make the same mistakes we did and do right by your children and send them somewhere where they will be safe from negligent and incompetent people.

Both of my kids attended/attend Primrose School of Solon and I can't say enough good things. I trust the staff and my kids have had a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.

We have been going to Primrose School of Solon since the day they opened and I couldn’t imagine sending my children anywhere else. The Primrose staff treat my children like family and look out for them. When I send them in the morning I know they are in good hands. My children do not want to miss a day and they are truly excited to go to school. The Director Tanisha and her staff always go the extra mile and are accommodating to children and family needs. I am grateful for Primrose School of Solon and highly recommend the school!

My children have been attending Primrose School of Solon since 2017. My son has since aged out but my daughter grew up through their Pre-K program and attends their summer camp program too. We were thrilled with the staff and the attention that they give to the students.They plan really fun field trips throughout the summer and my daughter is excited to go to camp.The owner and the administrative staff are extremely friendly, kind and welcoming.Highly Recommend!

I've been sending my daughter to Primrose in Solon for over a year and cannot say enough good things. First and foremost her teachers and the administrators really care about the students and do great work with them developmentally. They are responsive, and thoughtful about the care they are providing. It is a great facility with everything the children need. We will absolutely be sending our future children through Primrose.

My kids have attended Primrose School since 2018. My oldest, started kindergarten and transitioned well because of the hard work of his Primrose Pre-K teachers. My youngest currently attends the school and the Director, administrative staff and teachers go above and beyond to care for my child.Every child has special needs and Primrose ensures that those needs are met. I don't know how they do it!Despite how busy the staff is, when I walk in and through the facility all Primrose staff smiles and says hello. Everyone knows my children's names and they even ask how my oldest is doing in kindergarten (even those who were not his teachers)!Primrose School cares, communicates and is cognitive of individual needs so that all children thrive.

I am quite surprised by the negative reviews. My husband and I could not be happier with the care our children receive at Primrose. The administrative staff is well-organized and always responsive to our questions and concerns. The teachers are kind, professional, and nurturing. Every staff member at Primrose knows our children's name, even if they have not had them in class! My husband and I have said countless times that our children are far ahead of where we were cognitively and socially at their age, and we credit Primrose a great deal for that. I highly recommend Primrose to any families in the area! We truly could not imagine sending our children anywhere else.
