The music from the gym occasionally BLASTS so it’s audible over your own earbuds even on the treadmill side. People are ALWAYS talking on their phones while using equipments despite gym policy being “phone calls in lobby only”. Gym employees do not enforce rules. They are mostly rude and will dust/vacuum equipment RIGHT NEXT TO YOU while you are concentrating on your workout. The first time someone started vacuuming right behind me and it startled me so badly I almost fell off of my treadmill. Honestly it’s not looking to be worth the money anymore.

I used the treadmill, elliptical, and bicycle! I was there very early in the morning and everything went well!

Nicest PF I’ve been to. The equipment is well maintained; no loose bolts on cardio equipment, faulty grips etc. It’s super clean, and the staff was very friendly.

All the machines are different and layout is weird compared to all the other planet fitnesses I've been to, and I felt super uncomfortable here..... ☹️

Friendly staff but he didn't know what he was DOING!!!! He tried to just give up, but I'm not a black card M member with chronic illnesses for nothing.

We are traveling and our home gym lets us both use the full benefits of the black card membership. These people wouldn’t even get off the phone to offer us options. We were tired from traveling and just wanted to use the hydro massage. Wouldn’t even offer us options to pay for it. They didn’t even want to try to help us. It wasn’t a busy time at all. All the chairs were empty.

This planet fitness has recently been updated with new equipment! It’s always clean and the front desk staff is helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Great staff. Quite a few machines (treadmills, ellipticals,bikes etc) there for members. The only problem I have is that the members aren't cleaning off the machines after use. They hop from machine to machine either to mark as if they're going to use it again so no one else will or completely walk away. I know the staff can't keep an eye on everyone but there needs to be some type of reinforcement of gym rules.

Relaxed atmosphere.Just getting back into the routine again, after a few years. I will be asking the staff a few questions about the new equipment.
