Ordered a Galaxy Tab S7 off ebay and received a Galaxy Tab A. I've reached out to them and received no messages back yet. I will revise my review as the situation unfolds.Update:They apologized, but now I have to return the item and they sold my tablet to someone else. The situation is unfortunate and a waste of time.

5 star excellent experience with PC Parts Unlimited. Here’s my story: I had to find a power supply and power chord for an HP computer since we lost it during the hurricane in Southwest Florida and I needed access to my HP computer. Called the HP store and they no longer carried it, but they gave me the name of some resell companies that should carry the power supply. Called those companies and they were stumped. However, one lady stated I should contact PC PartsUnlimited and ask to speak with Rob Rodick. She said if anyone would have it PC Parts unlimited in Ohio would and Rob would locate it. Called PC Parts Unlimited and spoke with Rob, he was able to locate the part efficiently and had it to me in a flash. So very thankful he found it. He followed up with me through e-mails and phone calls as well. Great company, and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again to Rob and his great staff at PC Parts Unlimited.

DON'T EVEN BUY!!ordered three parts for my notebook. It said in stock. Order was processed and a I got an emailed sent to me. NOTHING ever came. Took 2 months to get money back. Criminal

Buyer beware! Ordered a laptop battery through Walmart.com that was sold by PC Parts Unlimited. I paid extra for express shipping which took over a week. I requested a refund in the extra cost of shipping and was told to go pound sand. When the part finally arrived, I was beyond disappointed; they had sold me a used and dented battery which is unsafe to install. After requesting a refund from them, they were unresponsive, SURPRISE! Walmart.com tried to reach out to them by phone and email, no response, SURPRISE again! Walmart.com stepped up and issued a full refund to me and recommended I discard the hazardous battery. With so many negative reviews from this hack company, I should have researched them before making my purchase.
