The cartridge did not fit. I took it back to the store. I told the Tech Manager, Chris, that the store didn't carry the number of my cartridge, and the one sold to me didn't fit. Well, guess what? Turns out I didn't know that the toner cartridge had to be taken out of the old unit holder, and the new cartridge put in. Chris listened to me, looked over the cartridges, explained to me the numbers, and showed me how to remove the old one, and insert the new one. Amazing. Chris was wonderful. Thank you for making my "return" an easy fix.
