I had a horrible experience at The CVS minute clinic in Solon. I went there because it was the quickest place I could get in to. I have been sick for over 2 weeks, they asked if I have taken a Covid test, I said no, they said well we can give you one but it will be 170 dollars. I said no that is insane(i'm pretty sure I have a sinus and ear infection), they said well buy one off the shelf for $10 dollars and come back tomorrow with the negative test and we will prescribe you something for a sinus infection. The lady (Olga) said and I quote "you've been sick for 3 weeks, waiting one more day to be examined wont hurt you".

I just had a horrible experience trying to get a wellness screening. First it said they take walk-insane the next available appointment was 10:20. I tried to sign up for 10:20 but it only let me pick 11:30. The person working there came out and told me to wait in the car because another person who was late might show up. She wanted me to just sit there hoping no one came in. And it’s funny that when I arrived her next person was waiting in the building and not in the car. But what do I know. I don’t recommend going there for any services.

Faster and cheaper than urgent care. This is hands-down the best place to go in the area when you need a prescription to resolve a relatively minor illness.
NP on site was really awesome, kind, knowledgeable, and fast. She checked me in, took symptoms, checked my medical history, took the sample, prepped the culture, did an assay, made a diagnosis, AND issued a prescription taking my medical conditions into account, and did all of the stuff with the insurance and billing (I use an hsa), all in less than 40 minutes. She also explained the treatment plan concisely. My particular case was not too complex of course, but I was blown away by how much she knows and does.
AND, it was much cheaper than an urgent care visit could ever be. I would give this minute clinic solution 300 out of 5 stars. Just awesome.
Script went over to the pharmacy in this cvs, and I was out fast.
Tips for a fast visit:
- make an appointment online, write down your confirmation code for check in. Bring id, insurance card, hsa card, medicare/caid, etc.
- check in super fast, arrive 15 mins early.
** I'm really surprised at the low reviews, but it makes sense: no one wants to go to a doctor, no one wants to be sick and in pain, and no one really thinks to write a positive review for a place like this, unlike a restaurant. Also, healthcare IS expensive. We live in the USA, it's unavoidable. This is the most optimal solution though in terms of cost for my situation.
I hope this review helps encourage others to find a fast, cheap solution to resolving minor illness/injury, or to seek out vaccines.

Terrible, I went in for a flu shot. Supposed to be free with my insurance, I asked the lady before to verify my shot would be free, she ran my insurance card and told me it was free, gave me the shot. Now I am getting a notice from my insurance the minute clinic is out of network and I owe $50

SCHEDULED a 12:20 appt. Arrived at 12:00, appt list says i have a 1hr wait even though my scheduled appt is 20 mins away. Waited an hour in my car, refreshed the page. Jumped up to a 2 1/2 hour wait with my same space in the appt. line. God forbid if i had to come in for something serious

Not thorough - no strep test or flu test even through she said it could be the flu. Waste of a co pay as I will now have to see my doctor for treatment.

I have been to this MinutrCliniv multiple times and have always had excellent Nurses and service provided. The longest iv had to wait was 45mins -1hr and that was durring flue season shots. I would highly recommend them for issues not requiring a emergency room or primary physician.

I had an ear infection before coming to visit my parents and felt like it hasn't gotten any better, so I decided to go to the minute clinic to have it looked at.
They've really improved since the last time I went to one. Usually, there's a two hour wait which is a pain. Now, you can hold your place in line online and show up when it's close to your turn.
It said to be there by 2:30 and I probably had to wait 15 minutes once I got there, but that's still way better than before.
Unfortunately, they couldn't really help me and said I would have to go to a doctor, but at least I didn't waste much time.

Went into the minute clinic from out of town today. Had the worst experience. The doctor could not answer basic questions about insurance coverage. She said that she is a doctor and does not do billing. I simply wanted to know if my insurance was in network and she said to me that she puts it in and they would send me a bill. When I told her that I want to know if it is in network because I do not want to pay a big bill she told me insurance is complicated and I just don’t understand how it works. Which is not the case. I told her I would step out to call the insurance before proceeding because she didn’t have the answers to my questions and she got angry and yelled at me and said I was rude. I don’t think it’s rude to want to know if my insurance is in or out of network before proceeding and if she can’t answer those questions for people they should get someone there that can. It isn’t unreasonable.

She was dismissive and careless..
Put a bunch of stuff into the file (my after care report) that she never even asked me... told me that normal standard was to wait 10 days in a sinus infection before treating... got a little cranky when i said.not even my doctor waits 10 days she treats it right away when i am diagnosed.... will not go back there as i feel the lvl of care was hugley lacking.

Great experience. The nurse practitioner was nice, helpful and informative. I'd absolutely go again!
